He's very knowledgable - not only about the cars they sell but also about the entire process of buying one, which makes for a seamless experience. He's also a pleasure to talk to and seems to genuinely value his customer relationships. Once the sale was done, Julian stuck around to make sure we fully understood all of the car's features and were ready to hit the road. Larry Cash, Sr. was wonderful to work with on financing and patiently walked us through all the details with a great deal of clarity. Like Julian, he put us completely at ease through what would normally be a bit of a stressful experience. The dealer itself is one of the best located we've come across, very close to downtown Annapolis and the harbor and in a great neighborhood with several restaurants. The showroom has a positive vibe and is not overwhelmingly big like at many dealerships. Everyone seems happy to be there and they were all great to our 3 year old, who was in tow for the duration. On the bright side they also checked the PSI on my tires, inspected my breaks, windshield wipers, battery, fluid levels, turn signals, and lights. Overall they did good, I was disappointed in the higher price than what was given to me on the phone but they inspections did help make up for that. Maybe the higher price was due to the fact my car uses synthetic oil. They are still cheaper than Mr. Tire which charged me around $140 plus for the same thing back in November 2024. I would still recommend them over Mr. Tire.
