I bought a 2019 jeep wrangler from you 6 months ago was told a great vehicle I would love it well let's just say I was until now the people I have been in contact with tom in service Bryan and Ross in sales all seem like great people for the dealership itself I'm feeling a lot differently I bought this jeep as I always wanted one and thought I had the opportunity to so why not well I will definitely rethink that after the experience I am having with this Jeep 6 months in and having hybrid battery issues (oh which was never even told to me) had to find this out from a check engine light and battery light! come to find out it's probably $2800 or more in repairs to be told the life span of this part is 3-5 years ok absolutely not who wants to dish that money out every 3-5 years for a great dependable vehicle! ok not let's talk dependable I stop by jeep to see if they offer loaners sure $40 a day but can't fit you in for two weeks to diagnose ok almost $600 more dollars ok absolutely not atp it feels like no one even cares at all like this is my everyday vehicle and have a job to get to then in a short period of time it leaves me stranded in a bad situation in the middle of the road during rush hour traffic 50 mph just cuts off no steering no brakes no nothing all dash lights pop on engine ABS Traction control Battery Service transmission havingto call police to get me and kids out the road before we got hit absolutely ridiculous for everyone acting like they don't care keep in mind just left dealership 10 minutes prior to see if there was absolutely anything I could do now stranded and jeep power won't even shut off out run position cause it won't recognize the jeeps in park let alone won't start cause the electronic system has messed up! the stress and the lack of care leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth knowing I just bought this from Fred Frederick of Easton 6 months ago they should be doing what they can to correct this but like I said they don't care they got their money from the sale now it's screw the customer exactly how it goes will definitely go elsewhere for now on since they clearly have no care about their customer or the safety of their customers and their families and to think Jeep was a great company I sure hope no one else has to deal with the amount of stress or the fear of what I did helpless on the road because their vehicle just cuts off o them and you have no control of anything Definitely do your research before going through them and buying anything because again never was I told about anything hybrid or anything this vehicle is known for Again Tom Bryan and Ross seem great but they are just employees their hands are tied only so much they can do IT is INSANE how these dealerships do customers anymore and the amount of money vehicles cost to get literally nothing for the buck the people who work here is the only reason I am giving to stars because like I said it's not their fault Had I of known about the hybrid battery in the jeep would have definitely went a different direction read more

The sales team was phenomenal. I purchased my car full price, with a check, no hassle. I left and 20 minutes later realized that there was a crack in the windshield. I immediately contacted the salesman and he checked with his manager. Days later, I received a response from the manager informing me that the crack had to have appeared after I left (although it seems it was sealed already) and that I test drove the vehicle so they are not liable to repair it. I test drove in the rain where a chip would be easy to blend in with raindrops. Great sales customer service, customer service once the sale was completed- not so much. read more

Do not service your vehicle here... Did a simple oil change and tire rotation earlier this month and the day after noticed scratches on the hood and fender. I detailed the vehicle the week before and know for sure that the scratches were not present prior to the service. We live a mile and a half from the dealership. My wife took the vehicle to work the next morning (2.9 miles from our home) and then noticed the damage. I called the dealership asap, then took the vehicle in for inspection when the service manager proceeded to tell my wife that a rock must have done it. I am not a physics major but there is no way that a rock is even a possibility. Just went to trade my vehicle in at another car dealer today and they devalued my trade in due to the damage. Word to the wise - Stay away! They don't take responsibility for their mistakes! ****edit**** 1/18/14 Jeff please tell the truth. Your service manager never once told me that insurance claim was an option. Please don't be do dishonest with your responses.
