Don't come here, I've been a loyal customer since 2020, came back 2025 for a new car, they sold me a ford within my budget, told them the car had problems and was jerking, they kept saying no thats how the car drive it's a ford, it jerks because it's made to drive in landscape, 1-2 months later the car had engine problems/ light came on.... Brought the car back after 6 month after trying to fix the problem myself thinking because I've already exhausted 30days there's nothing they can do. and they said they trade it in to keep with in my budget, don't have to put anything down, don't have to pay more...they tricked me and added a negative equity to the new car they give me which was a Honda HRV, before I drove the car off the lot, Supplemental restraint system problem. See your dealer. They stated, it just needs an alignment, we'll get it done before you drive off the lot...no the light kept going on a off for the next couple days which I took a few pictures and told them I not making this up and if they can't fix it I don't want the car, they stated that since the light keeps going on and off there's nothing they can do, I have to keep the car until the light comes on...the following week, I tried to go to work at 6am in the morning the car wouldn't open, the keys weren't working and car wouldn't start, door wouldn't open even when I used the manual keys. Completely locked out my car, got pointed at working on my first day on the floor at my new job. They send a locksmith to open my car and the unlock my car. The locksmith stated the car battery died and asked did I leave the car on. I stated no, I always check to make sure my car is off. He said you have a warranty take the care back and have them change the battery. 2 days later, which was my off day at work, I try to take the car back to the dealer, the car wouldn't open with the keys again and had to jiggle for 10 mins to open, finally opened, the car wouldn't start which I was on the phone with the sales person telling him how I'm trying to bring the car in and I don't have anyone to help me, he recommended to ask my neighbor...had my neighbor jump start the car. Got the car to the dealership with all the lights on and they tried to tell me the car battery is fine and I should take the car home, I stated no this the second time my car has shut down on me. & I do not feel comfortable taking that car nor safe. Either get me a new car or figure something out because I need a car to get to work.. I will not be taking the car home I need a new car, a rental and to find the problem. Few mins at the dealership they tried to tell me the car alternator and battery wasn't communicating so they'll give me a rental for the weekend. Since then they've had my car for 1 month and 5 days. Kept calling and contacting the dealership and no would barely responded.. just kept telling me my car is in the shop and working on it. So I told them I don't want that car for the simple fact it's been in the shop for over 35days and it's new. They tried to put me in an even higher car stating they won't be able to help me and will call the police on me if I don't follow their rules

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Koons Tysons Toyota was by far the worst vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra Limited TRD Off-Road i-FORCE MAX while deployed overseas with the U.S. Coast Guard. Because I could not be present in person, my father handled the purchase on my behalf using two properly notarized Powers of Attorney--one through USAA for financing and one specifically authorizing the vehicle purchase. The process immediately became frustrating when the salesperson I was working with did not know what a Power of Attorney was, and the sales manager stated he wasn't even sure whether the dealership accepted Powers of Attorney. After waiting for them to figure it out internally, they eventually confirmed that they would. The financing process was even worse. I was already pre-approved through USAA, yet I was repeatedly told the dealership could not complete the transaction using USAA's normal funding process unless I provided a physical check or financed through the dealership. After hours of phone calls and back-and-forth discussions, I was pressured into completing a finance application despite already having financing secured. Ironically, once my father arrived, the dealership was able to complete the transaction through USAA anyway. The biggest issue was the condition of the truck itself. Prior to purchase, I specifically asked about the vehicle's condition and was sent photos and a video. At no point was I informed that the truck had significant body damage on the passenger side bed, including a large dent and multiple scratches. None of this damage was disclosed in the listing, by the salesperson, or by the sales manager. My father only discovered the damage after driving approximately six hours to the dealership. At that point, I had already invested considerable time, effort, and money into coordinating the purchase from overseas. The dealership's solution was a $250 discount. The actual repair cost exceeded $900. To make matters worse, the truck was advertised as including a Toyota bed cover. When I received the vehicle, the mounting rails and drainage system were present, but the actual bed cover itself was missing. If equipment is not included, it should not be advertised as part of the vehicle. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency throughout the process. As a deployed service member purchasing remotely, I relied entirely on the dealership's representations regarding the vehicle and the transaction. Instead, I encountered confusion, pressure, undisclosed damage, and inaccurate advertising. I love the truck itself, but the buying experience was extremely disappointing and is not one I would recommend to others, especially anyone attempting to purchase a vehicle remotely.

Beware and avoid any business with them

Sharing my experience so other customers can make informed decisions. During a recent service visit at Koons Toyota Tysons, my vehicle was damaged while under the dealership's care. The damage was not disclosed to me when I picked up the vehicle. I had to discover and report it myself. After repeated follow-ups, dealership personnel acknowledged that the damage occurred at the dealership. However, despite that acknowledgment, I struggled to get responses and meaningful assistance from my service advisor, Matthew. Customers trust dealerships to take care of their vehicles and to be transparent when problems occur. I am still seeking a fair resolution and hope dealership management takes this matter seriously.

Hi, I bought a Toyota Corolla 2014 from you in November 2016. My glove box handle broke off and it's just sitting there shut out. Does the 1 year warranty cover replacement/fixing it?

Hi Rajeev, could you please provide me with your full name, phone number, and vin number if possible? Thanks!

Picked up our 2025 Lucid Air today after a quick pit stop at the Tysons Service Center, and let me just say -- the car is now so quiet I can hear myself rethinking every bad decision I've ever made. The wind noise from the driver's side? Gone. Poof. Vanished like a politician's promise after election day. Now, the real MVP here: Graeme Reeves, the Service Advisor. This guy isn't just sharp and professional -- he's Royal Marines sharp. That means he's already faced worse than a cranky Lucid owner complaining about wind noise. You can tell he runs a tight ship, but he's approachable, calm, and listens better than half the people I know. Graeme handled everything with military-grade efficiency and a kind of quiet confidence that makes you trust the process -- and the man behind it. And then there's Dewana, the Service Concierge. She's basically human sunshine on wheels. No matter when you catch her -- morning, noon, or closing time -- she's got this incredible positive energy that lights up the entire center. If Lucid could bottle her vibe and install it in every car, they'd double their sales overnight. Dewana makes you feel welcome, remembered, and genuinely cared for -- which, let's be honest, is rare in the service world these days. The whole team made the experience smooth, professional, and dare I say... enjoyable. That's not something I say lightly about a service appointment. Lucid Tysons is lucky to have this crew. If you need service and want to feel like you're dropping off your car with family (the kind you like), go see Graeme and Dewana. You'll leave feeling like your Lucid -- fully charged, perfectly tuned, and ready for anything.

This has been bad enough that I actively tell people to avoid the brand. The car itself has a number of software and mechanical issues, but the real problem is the service. I've been stood up three separate times. The first time I had service scheduled, I showed up to drop off my car and the department insisted I had no appointment and that I was mistaken. Only after I played them the voicemail their own department had left me did they stop blaming me and reschedule, for an appointment a month out. The second time, they called to move my appointment because they'd taken in too many new cars to process. They gave me a new date, but that appointment was never actually booked and never happened. The third time went well, with two exceptions. Several of the issues I reported weren't addressed, and right after I left, the car developed a loud cooling-fan noise. The battery cooling system had been one of the things I brought it in for. I texted a short video to the service rep, and they offered to send a mobile team to my house. I rearranged my work schedule for it, the crew never showed up, and no one contacted me. I followed up by text and never heard back. Getting stood up three times would be unacceptable for a budget brand, let alone a luxury one. If I could get out of this lease early, I would. Bad software, poor UX, chronic mechanical problems, and worst of all, disrespectful customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. ***edit 9/11*** I wanted to follow up as I also took the time to email the Lucid customer care service department on 8/15. Other than the automated response telling me how important my email was to them, there has been zero contact. Avoid this brand.

I leased a 2025 Charger Daytona. I dealt with the sales manager Tony. I contacted 13 different dealerships in the VA/MD area. Tony was the ONLY one who gave me "sane" pricing. Some other dealers were 2 to 3 times the price Tony quoted, for a car that was NOT moving off dealer lots. All dealers with 2024 models still on the lot quoted me higher prices than Tony quoted for his 2025. As I did not "need" but "wanted" this car, I was doing everything I could to get the price as low as possible. Tony was patient and worked with me on every crazy idea I had. His after sales support was also excellent. When my lease us up next year, I'll be seeing what great deal Tony can work for me again.

Because I purchased an extended warranty at the time of sale, federal law under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act dictates that this vehicle carries an implied warranty and cannot be treated as an 'As-Is' sale--making the dealership fully responsible for fixing this pre-existing issue. Despite this, the general manager of used car sales, Felipe Portillo, completely lack's to respond or offer a repair solution. It is entirely unacceptable to ignore a customer who just spent a massive amount of money on a high-end vehicle. The vehicle was still driving normally. The dealership diagnosed fault code P016900 ("Incorrect Fuel Composition") and charged me approximately $229 for diagnostics. However, no physical fuel testing, fuel sampling, or injector testing was performed. The diagnosis was based primarily on electronic fault codes and clearing the codes. At the same visit, I was presented with a recommendation for a fuel injector service costing over $600. Later, during the consumer complaint process, the dealership stated in writing that there were no diagnostic indicators of injector failure and characterized the injector service as preventative maintenance rather than a repair tied to a confirmed defect. What concerned me most was that the dealership strongly implied poor or contaminated fuel was the issue while later admitting in writing that they do not perform fuel quality or contamination testing. Afterward: - the vehicle continued operating normally, - an independent mechanic later found no fault history, - and the vehicle passed Virginia emissions and safety inspection. I filed a complaint with Fairfax County Consumer Affairs. The county specialist handling the matter took the complaint seriously, requested additional dealership responses, and even asked the dealership to consider a refund or partial refund. The dealership declined. My concern is not that a fault code existed. Modern vehicles generate fault codes all the time. My concern is that conclusions and expensive recommendations were presented without confirmatory testing, while the actual diagnostic documentation did not demonstrate that the full Guided Fault Finding process outlined in Audi technical procedures had been completed. I encourage customers to ask detailed questions about how diagnoses are confirmed, what testing was actually performed, and whether recommended services are tied to verified defects or are simply preventative maintenance recommendations.

The shuttle took me to and from my office. Kelvin was a friendly and helpful service advisor, and the shuttle driver was nice too. I like how on the report of services you need, they distinguish between things you urgently need and work that you should have done but isn't urgent. It's all very convenient, with availability by text, phone, and online. Very helpful for people who work during the day and can't stand by a phone waiting for a call that may not come for a while. And they're open Saturdays, with good long hours. That's very helpful too for those who work Monday-Friday. It may be more crowded on Saturdays, I can't say since I didn't go on a Saturday. The website to set up an appointment is a bit clunky as not all types of appointments are listed (they don't have tire replacement/repair, which I'd think is pretty common) but there's a box to explain in detail what your issue is, and the staff listen to you and talk to you when you arrive. As is typical of dealerships in this area, where space is at a premium and very expensive, the procedure to get in and out can be kind of tight, but it's better and more efficient than most around here so I can't really complain about that.
