    Purchased this vehicle for my daughter. She is a new driver and has only driven it a few times with me in the car. When I initially test drove the car, it ran nice, practically perfect and smooth. I was told the car had to go through inspection, and maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, filter changes, etc.) and wouldn't be ready until the end of the week and it was Monday. I signed and paid. Fast forward, I then drive the car home in the evening (as I needed my husband to drive me the 45 mins there during rush hour to pick it up). I happened to pick it up as they were closing. Heading home the car was not driving the way it had on the test drive, and had they not have closed would have turned around and taken it back. During its first oil change, I had them look at the car and told them the situation. Maintenance then told me the cars tires had dry rotted and all needed to be replaced, along with the engine guard being damaged, needed replaced and was hanging (see picture). Of course the maintenance warranty I purchased doesn't cover this, surprise, surprise. Not only do I feel the inspection done to the car by the dealership overlooked the engine cover coming down/ripped, they also changed out the tires from when I test drove it. There is no way the tires got that bad in 3 days. For the price I paid for the car, the age it was, it should have came with brand new tires as when I test drove it. This was not the only issue. The vehicle was supposed to come with 2 key fobs. I got 1 key with no fob. I called and spoke to the young sales rep, and he said he would look around and see. I didn't hear back. I texted him, twice...he eventually ghosted me. That is $500 (2 x $250 a piece), I could have used to negotiate a better price, but because they did not disclose until pick up --left me no choice but to eat the cost. Total bill they wrote up for tires and to fix the engine cover was over $1k. My advice to you when dealing with this sales department: 1. Do not purchase the warranty agreement. It doesn't cover much of anything that will likely need fixed/replaced. 2. Wait for them to finish all maintenance before you test drive and if you can don't let them take the car back to their shop to do anything. It should be ready to go home on the lot as is. 3. Get it inspected by a 3rd party as soon as you drive it off the lot. Unfortunately this dealership was not honest and open with me and did some pretty shady stuff to make some extra $$. I will not be back to buy another car here. And this is why there needs to be more laws to protect consumers. There should be a 3 day return period like there is with other door to door sales. Heck, even a house you can get out of a sale when people aren't honest. This is why car salesmen will cont to be the slimy creatures we hate so much. I'd rather get a colonoscopy than to deal with the blood sucking liars again.

    This is the best Kia center in DMV, over 10 years I bought 7 different Kias from different dealers, and I bought two cars here and sold two cars to them, always a good experience, and today I wanted to mention the guy from the service Tom is a master of his work, keep up the good work guys.

    New car needs oil change after 600 miles/1 month.

    Signed documents for a Kia Niro lease one day, documents said the car had 33 miles on it, which I saw. Picked it up the next day and it had 180 miles and two marks on a door. No mention of who drove it but they did fix the marks about two weeks later. Also, was told a charger came with it. The sales guy couldn't find it so he told me to buy one. I complained and they somehow found one. Had to return to get it. Now after one month of driving it for a total of about 600 miles, a warning light says the oil needs to be changed. So it looks like in a month I will have had to go back to the dealership three times. This isn't what I was expecting in a brand new Kia.

Faced with limited options, MOM strongly recommended that my vehicle be towed to Patrick at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, an advisor she trusts and that recommendation proved invaluable. Over the past year, my experiences with several service representatives at other dealerships had unfortunately been marred by unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, poor communication, and little to no follow-through, so expectations were guarded. This vehicle holds significant sentimental value for MOM following the loss of Tonya, my sister, on June 28, 2024; Tonya left explicit instructions that the car be taken to Patrick for any care needs, making trust essential. Patrick was prompt, genuine, and immediately put us at ease with his warm, contagious smile; he took ownership of our concern, proactively contacted a locksmith due to the discontinued key, proposed practical solutions, and followed through on every commitment. He also went above and beyond by offering a complimentary ride from my MOM's home to pick up a loaner and ensuring the vehicle was well cared for, including routine maintenance and attention to an intermittent issue. One word to summarize MOM's experience: "WOW!" If you're looking for an advisor who truly shows up for customers, Patrick is the one.

The people who handled the finances - financial advisors? - were also reasonable and easy to work with when talking things out with them. Ramia's manager was also easy to work with. He walked me through all my options. With the help of my sister, Ramia, and her manager , I was able to carefully think things through and make a decision. I can't speak for others' experience here, but for ME personally, this was my best car shopping experience. Every other place pressured me.

Mohammed had texted an hour or so earlier but I was driving and didn't hear it.. a courtesy call to tell me would have been nice !!! plus what happened to holding the car for me to get there!! Also when I got there within the 2 hrs I was told the truck was sold !! and all he said was " sorry, it sold" !! Never even suggested he could show me another truck!! I have heard estimates from multiple people, from 2 weeks to 4 months to obtain such an option. Ted Britt Lincoln does not take customer service seriously. The complete lack of communication and follow-up from key service staff. Service Advisor Brandyn Spece, Service Director Michael Darlin, and Lincoln Director Michael Britt have not responded to any of my emails or returned any of my phone calls. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable from any service department--let alone one representing the Black Label brand.
