He would only provide an estimate if you leave the watch and prepare to pay $85 if you do not accept having the work done. His quote was $1085 for a watch that has a trade in value of $700. A similar used watch would cost between $900-$1200. Just the crystal replacement was quoted at $250 by Mr Wong with another shop in the area being $150. Amazingly he offered to set the time on the watch for free. Don't use Swiss Watch Repair unless you like being over charged. I paid $85, picked up my watch and had it repaired elsewhere for $150.
