The staff are just as wonderful--Leslie and Katelyn are super helpful and their professionalism and diligence make the insurance process, scheduling, etc seamless. Such a great group! Glad to have found you! Once again- Dr. K to the rescue! I'm was seen as an emergency during this unnerving time. She responded to my phone call right away and started me on antibiotics based on my symptoms and her knowledge of my teeth. She saw me in the office and determined I needed to see a specialist. She referred me to a wonderful endodontist who saw me the next day. Dr. Khalil and her staff are amazing! Erin sent over my xrays and information right away. There was no lapse in continuity of care--it was seamless. Another great experience I wanted to share!

In February, I made a consultation for my son and was quoted a price for dental work to be done…read more After I agreed to the price, I made the appointment and he went back to have the work done. Once the work was completed the price was $272.00 more than what was quoted. I spoke with the billing department and explained what was quoted and what I agreed to pay. After several phone calls back and forth and checking with the Dr. they agreed to the price that was quoted. I was also told that they didn't accept my dental insurance because it was out of network and the work wasn't covered, therefore, I paid the (quoted) balance due in full. Today, I received a bill from them which showed that they billed my dental insurance the $272.00 and the insurance paid $177.60 with a balance due of $94.40. After speaking with the billing department again, they said that my son was over 18 years old and that he approved the work that was done. I explained that I was the one paying for it and I went with him to the consultation and approved the work, not him. They kept telling me that it was a 2 step process and that's why they charged me the extra money. I had to remind them again that I received a quoted price from the Dr. and if it was going to be more money than what was quoted, they should have included it in the initial quote. Today after going through this ordeal again, they said they would credit my account the $94.40 but still received $177.60 from my insurance which was more than what was agreed upon. Make sure when receiving a quote it's for all the work that needs to be done not just the first step.

Dr. Blattman is great, as is the rest of the office staff. Very patient, always answers my questions and puts my mind at ease, considering the dentist can be a chore for a lot of people this kind of approach is what I look for in someone taking care of my teeth.

My daughter chipped her front tooth and they said it was too far gone for them to do the filling. We went to another dentist who did. The next cleaning, they scraped it as if it were a natural tooth and the next morning the new bonding fell off. I called in advance of our next appointment and asked if we needed to reschedule because we could not be late for a gymnastics competition; they assured me that we would be out. They kept us late with no place to stand or sit. When I went back to the office to speak to the dentist, my children were let standing in the hallway, and they heard the office staff complaining about me needing to go to gymnastics. They used a sarcastic tone, and my daughter was shocked. We left the office after that interaction. When the new office called to get the records, they mentioned how unprofessional the office staff was. Today, I was reminded of this whole ordeal because I filled out the medical transfer forms 4/1, and they still had not sent them. When I emailed to ask why, I received no response. Simply put, terrible service.

The tooth ended up hurting him even more so I brought him to my dentist to have it fixed. I am not a fan of the current dentists that they have there. Puts you at easy right away. Next, staff is wonderful! Office manager Jason is warm, caring, knows his craft and keeps the office running like clock work! Hygienist Dina balances her sweet disposition with the most gentle touch. Dr. Bankhead is the best dentist I've ever had. He is a pleasure to see. I require frequent visits and actually look forward to going as I always feel better afterwards. I've never experienced any pain...almost fell asleep a few times on the chair. The service is obviously paramount for this office as is their I.T. relativity. Everything is automated and current. I get automated and personal reminders making it easy to remember appts. And their medical equipment is top notch and rivals any large company. I've been a customer for about 5 years and can only say great things about this business. This will be my my forever dental office...it should be yours as well! A+

I have been going to this practice for close to 20 years now…read more Dr. Bankhead is trustworthy and kind. I have always felt sure he knows what he is doing and has my best interests in mind. Jason, who runs the office, is the most efficient and thorough office manager I've met at any business. He always makes sure I know everything I need to (even tracking down info I might need to know from my insurance) before we have any procedure. He never lets me miss my appointments (and I am a notorious flake when it comes to that). We've been bringing our son since he was old enough to need cleanings, too. It's just one of those places you know you can trust.
