We're not experts on Czech foods but we know what good food tastes like and the Goulash was out of this world. Served in a bread bowl, the beef broth has deep flavors like it spent time stewing in herbs and vegetables. The meat was tender and flavorful.
But the Roasted pork knuckle ( shoulder) Rustic style, mustard, fresh horseradish, garnish, bread, was the star of the show. A huge portion that could feed 3-4, the meat was fall of the bone tender and the crackling skin was eyes rolling back of head delicious!
Excellent service. The waiters spoke English and Apple Pay was accepted.
Happy Eating!!
