This past September 2017 I needed translations from Romanian to English and from French to English for USCIS. All translations were great and accepted by USCIS. They translate and ensure the format is as close as possible to the original document. In 2016 I lost one translation and I reached out to their office to find out if they had it in their archive. Within 24h I received a copy of my lost translation. I also like the system they use to pay for the translations. It's very quick and efficient. Dealing with paperwork can be very time consuming. I sent the invoice multiple times and followed up many times, but I have not received payment or a clear explanation. It has now been over 100 days since delivery, and the payment is still outstanding. I also completed another small task for USD 10, and the payment issue continued. John and Jenny were involved in the communication, but after the work was delivered, responses became very poor and my payment follow-ups were ignored.
