Gave me the exact price and time frame and took deposit. Jose came by in the morning a week later, joined by Erik later. The whole job took less then 4 hours (was quoted 5 hours). They worked non-stopped. The disassembly went pretty quick. The tricky part seem to be aligning the new tracks just right. Adjusted one of the vertical tracks, until they both nodded in agreement, leveled both horizontal track. Cleaned as they work, sweeping up debris and old hardware. Winded up the torsion springs, seems like they've been doing this for a while. It was fascinating watching professionals at work. All three remote programmed. opened/closed door a few times, adjusted the limits just right. Anthony came by later for secondary inspection. and pick up the final check! Glad I went with this outfit on coworker's recommendation. Both big box stores have a lead time of 6-7 weeks, with third party installer (that they don't tell your beforehand).
