They were able to do this based on the photos I sent. Avi dispatched Din to help fix a broken single spring above our garage door. Unfortunately when Din showed up, his team did not place tools ( a few specific sized wrenches and a vice grip) he needed to get the job done in his work truck. Seemed a bit odd. Luckily I had all the right sized tools and was able to assist. Din was very personable and positive and got the job done despite the circumstances. I think I called around 11 am and they said they would be able to be at my house same day between 2-4 pm. Oren showed up at 2:55 pm which is right in that window. Didn't like the quote on the weather seal replacement, but was happy with the garage motor replacement and installation. Oren works fast and explained what he was doing professionally. The new motor is VERY quiet and my wife and I are super happy we went with the new motor. Took Oren just over an hour to replace the motor and remount the position for the new one.
