Though I felt the cost was somewhat steep since I had been quoted less. I asked for a discount, but he would not consider it. We ended up installing a new garage door opener. He sent another worker not from his company (independent contractor) to install. That worker was great. At the end, Jessy told me he would send me an invoice. I received a Zelle request that is all and I have yet to receive an invoice after requesting it for several days now. I am disappointed as to why he can't send me an invoice.
