I had my garage door for 24 years and noticed that the door slightly stopped toward the end of it closing down to the ground before it continued to reach the ground. Kenji came over right away and inspected. He noticed there were two panels of the garage door had cracks on them which caused those sections to bend as the garage door is closing. I was not able to replace them since these panels are so old. He quoted me a price that I couldn't refuse which included all new parts. He was able to install a new garage door. He also reinforced my coil springs with support brackets which the old one had 1 only where in the future making room to remove and install garage door track. He realigned my garage door opener so it could close properly and reach the ground completely including a wider rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door so it could cover the ground to avoid any rodents or insects from coming into the garage. He also bolted the other end of the garage door opener since there was only 1 bolt holding up the garage door opener. Kenji is very professional and patiently explained what was wrong with the garage door and opener. This is written about 2 months after original service. First kenji came out and was honest about fixing our existing genie garage door. Some of the clear panes were broken. It's probably 30-40 years old and open it. Said he didn't think he could match it well but he could code a remote to work with it. Now two months later we were trying yo code f so one additional remotes. Had lots of issues trying to get it done. It's an old opener and we bought genetic remotes off Amazon.
