Overall, I've…read morehad positive visits here in the past--their safety checks are thorough and well-done, which is why we keep coming back. That said, heads up: they no longer accept walk-ins for safety checks; it's strictly by appointment only now. When we arrived without one, the staff member was quite abrupt, asking if we had an appointment and then saying it's "been like that for a long time" when we explained we didn't know. However, just a year ago, we walked in without issue, so this seems like a fairly recent change. She mentioned we could pay an extra $35 to get squeezed in right away, but that felt a bit off-putting. It's totally understandable to switch to appointments for better organization, but it wasn't mentioned on their Yelp page (which, as of today, doesn't even link to their website--and that's the only way to make an appointment). Plus, their Square appointment site requires you to enter a credit card, and you'll be charged a $10 fee if you don't cancel at least 24 hours in advance. A friendlier tone would have made this all much smoother. Just a suggestion for the team to update their Yelp info and handle these situations with a bit more warmth. Bottom line: Great service once you're in, but definitely book an appointment through their website ahead of time to avoid any hassle!
