Duane managed the overall claim and worked seamlessly with the insurance adjuster to order parts as well as being very detailed in explaining all the required repairs. Update: One afternoon while leaving a friends house, their wood fence 'jumped out' and caused a scrape on the rear passenger side fender. I sent Shannon the pics and asked if he would be able to buff it out ... made an appointment for him to look at the fender and he said he would try and make the scrape less obvious.
