The first 2 times it didn't catch the door panels and the bird poop on the hood. They should have just scrubbed the car down with their brushes instead of making me go back through several times. After the 5th time, I gave up because I have other things to do today. The panels below the car doors are still dirty. The back trunk above the bumper has dirty spots. The front bumper looks like it never got washed. It's not a car wash because it doesn't clean the whole car. I guess I need to wash my own car from now on. Do not waste your money or time on this terrible car wash. Wish I could give ZERO stars!

I scheduled an appointment two days later to have my brakes replaced. They called me and said there were some rust on the frame and they could not put it up on that particular lift. Therefore, they could not do the brake job. When I came to pick up my car, they tried to charge me $57 for a brake inspection. They did not do a brake inspection on that day. They took photos two days earlier and were trying to charge me for the photographs from two days earlier. I told him I could not trust him anymore and I left.
