Located on the edge of Hamilton Town center, as an anchor restaurant in strip mall, there is plenty of parking. The only dish that was sub-excellent was the crab jalapeno. Not quite sure what flavor they were going for but it was kind of bland and difficult to eat. The gyoza were really good and for my first ever ramen from a restaurant, it was amazing. The broth was delicious, the minched pork was delicious, even the fish cakes which really scared me by the look and description, were also good. Chewy but the flavor was not fishy. My friend's mango milkshake was amazing. My boba was standard but since I'm a Yelper and checked in, it was free! So who can complain about surprise free boba?! Not me. M and I decided to go here on a whim last Friday and WOW! it was absolutely amazing. This place is located right across from Nobleville's new BJ Wholesale Club. The service was amazing -- greeted right when we walked in and sat immediately. Our server, Evi was awesome -- she was able to provide great recommendations and provided great service. We started with some teas -- I got the Jasmine and M got the Peach Oolong with 50% sweetness. The sweetener is definitely sweet, so I always get mine with none. We then got three appetizers, the Char Sui Pork Bun, Gyoza, and Chicken Wontons. All three of the appetizers were AMAZING! Each came out full of flavor and fresh from the kitchen, the pork bun was probably my favorite! We then ordered our entrees; I got the Spicy Miso Ramen and M got the Stir Fry Ramen w/ Chicken and Beef. The Spicy Miso Ramen was really good and not too spicy -- the noodles were warm and soaked up the broth's awesome flavor. The Spicy Miso Ramen came with 3 cuts of the pork belly -- it was good, but not as protein-heavy as I thought it would be. M's Stir Fry ramen was great -- it reminded me a bit of Pad Thai -- just with different flavors. They have many appetizer options and 13 different ramens to choose from. I am a sucker for spicy miso ramen. I decided to add minced char siu and ordered the chicken wontons to start. The wontons were brought out quickly. They were served with a sweet chili sauce. The wontons weren't anything special. I wouldn't order them again as they lacked flavor. The service here is quick as I took one bite of the appetizer my ramen was being served. The ramen smelled absolutely delicious but I was unsure of the spice level from the color of the broth. I was so let down there wasn't any spice and I thought the broth was pretty flavorless. I added some sriracha and it helped a lot. I will say the noodles were great they make them in house and the texture was perfect. I loved the charsui. It'a very flavorful and great addition. It had corn which is also one of my top 2 ingredients that I love in Ramen! There wasn't really a ramen choice that had all of the things I like in it without having to pay extra for those toppings. I have been passing by this Asian restaurant for weeks but in late December, I just realized it was open. Apparently, they opened around August, if I recall correctly. I like a few items on their menu. I decided to start small. So, I tried their fried chicken bun for $3.50. I asked for no mayo as well as the house made sauce on the side which I did not get. The bun was Asian style and soft. The chicken was not even a full patty, which is the impression I got speaking to the cashier. Unfortunately, I do not foresee myself going back because of the price; I could have gotten better at Chick-Fil-A in the same block. I love a good ramen place, especially when its cold outside! Thankfully this cute little ramen shop is close by, located across from Hamilton town center mall! Inside was so unexpected when we first walked in. The decor was unique and colorful. We always have to get boba at any restaurant that offers. Our favorite is the taro with the boba tapioca, however, their tapioca is called brown sugar. It still has that gummy texture but it is not as chewy as the traditional tapioca. Still really good though, I mean you cant go wrong with boba. I got the shredded char su ramen (char su tasted like a teriyaki flavor pork in my opinion) was so rich and Nicely salted. The pork was irresistible and mouthwatering, i just couldn't stop eating. My boyfriend got the Spicy Miso and it was a complete different experience. The tea---I wanted to order another one. Oh also they have a punch card for the boba tea..buy 10 get one free. It is in a basket at the host stand. The ramen had beef, Naruto cakes, nori, 1/2 soft boiled egg, black fungus (was described on menu) and bamboo shoots with a dollop of chili sauce on top. It was very spicy but so flavorful and big helping of it. I couldn't eat it all. My partner isn't a ramen guy but he tried the bun-he loved it! He did try the ramen as well, said it was very tasty. I am blown away by my experience here! This location is tucked away in a strip mall, so it's not seen from the main road. It's a small dining room that is intimate without feeling crowded. A waitress will bring you to a table & take your order, so you get that nice restaurant experience with much less wait time of a large restaurant. I went with the traditional ramen (#1 on menu) and my husband did the seafood. Both were so excellent that we both finished ours completely - something I was not expecting! They offer a variety of ramen choices, appetizers, and drinks including bubble tea, ramune & beer. There are signs that say their menu prices have gone up , so just beware that the prices on the menu are inaccurate.
