Here on a business travel, first place I had for dinner! Overall the ramen was very tasty. Ordered Ramen #1. The broth was very flavorful and creamy. Good portion of meat and noodles as well. I would definitely recommend this place! I may have to come again for a different bowl before I head home;)!!

After doing a little family shopping we decided to have some ramen. Not disappointed at all. I had one of the combos, my son had beef ramen soup, and my wife had a pork belly ramen. We also had an order of jalapeño poppers (surprise twist as they had crab meat inside). Everything was delicious and served rather quickly. Also the ramen was big portions. Good value overall. Not sure why it took so long for us try out this place. We drive by it all the time. I'm sure we will be back.

The inside is so beautiful. We love the atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My husband loves this place. Each time we go he tries a different ramen. The portions are huge. I can't get enough of the boba.

I'm late to the ramen game, as my opinion used to be that I would never spend that much money on Ramen noodles. I think it's an Asian thing for me. Well, Kotoyama has changed my mind. Located on the edge of Hamilton Town center, as an anchor restaurant in strip mall, there is plenty of parking. The only dish that was sub-excellent was the crab jalapeno. Not quite sure what flavor they were going for but it was kind of bland and difficult to eat. The gyoza were really good and for my first ever ramen from a restaurant, it was amazing. The broth was delicious, the minched pork was delicious, even the fish cakes which really scared me by the look and description, were also good. Chewy but the flavor was not fishy. My friend's mango milkshake was amazing. My boba was standard but since I'm a Yelper and checked in, it was free! So who can complain about surprise free boba?! Not me. I honestly can't wait to go back. This ramen outing inspired me to get ramen in Vegas and to be honest, the Indy ramen was better.

Loved it. Very friendly and good waiter. Very clean. Delicious food and reasonable prices. Beautiful decor.

It was nice to find a solid ramen place so close to my parents' house. Having lived in California for several years, my expectations for ramen are somewhat high. Kotoyama definitely met them. Initially, I wasn't too happy with my kimchi ramen, as there wasn't much flavor. But as the kimchi cooked in the broth, it got progressively better. The noodles were also nice and firm. Meanwhile, the calamari appetizer was well battered and crispy. Overall, pretty happy with this place. Would recommend.

It wasn't bad and nothing special. I've never had Rome not made at home. It was worth having it once. I did take out and seemed to be the majority of how they do business. Would I go again? Probably not, but it was ok for what it was. I'd say it was pricy for what you get as well. I'd at least give it a try if your thinking about it.

M and I decided to go here on a whim last Friday and WOW! it was absolutely amazing. This place is located right across from Nobleville's new BJ Wholesale Club. The service was amazing -- greeted right when we walked in and sat immediately. Our server, Evi was awesome -- she was able to provide great recommendations and provided great service. We started with some teas -- I got the Jasmine and M got the Peach Oolong with 50% sweetness. The sweetener is definitely sweet, so I always get mine with none. We then got three appetizers, the Char Sui Pork Bun, Gyoza, and Chicken Wontons. All three of the appetizers were AMAZING! Each came out full of flavor and fresh from the kitchen, the pork bun was probably my favorite! We then ordered our entrees; I got the Spicy Miso Ramen and M got the Stir Fry Ramen w/ Chicken and Beef. The Spicy Miso Ramen was really good and not too spicy -- the noodles were warm and soaked up the broth's awesome flavor. The Spicy Miso Ramen came with 3 cuts of the pork belly -- it was good, but not as protein-heavy as I thought it would be. M's Stir Fry ramen was great -- it reminded me a bit of Pad Thai -- just with different flavors. Overall we absolutely loved this place, the atmosphere, the service and the food/ drinks were all amazing! We can't wait to go back!

Slow service and mediocre Japanese cuisine, hope they work out the kinks! There is potential, the broth is flavorful & rich! Service... it took almost 30 minutes to get my appetizers, while I heard them sorting out a few mixed up checks from the other tables. Age tofu and takoyaki (squid balls) should take less than 10 minutes? Food... horrible ramen for the money, noodles (pictured) were very al dente to the point they were stiff when removed from the broth. For the price point this is unacceptable. Fortunately the broth was rich and I was hungry. The appetizers were better than the ramen but nothing to write home about.

If you're looking for a small ramen spot in Noblesville look no further. I decided to stop in for a quick dinner. The menu is pretty straight forward. They have many appetizer options and 13 different ramens to choose from. I am a sucker for spicy miso ramen. I decided to add minced char siu and ordered the chicken wontons to start. The wontons were brought out quickly. They were served with a sweet chili sauce. The wontons weren't anything special. I wouldn't order them again as they lacked flavor. The service here is quick as I took one bite of the appetizer my ramen was being served. The ramen smelled absolutely delicious but I was unsure of the spice level from the color of the broth. I was so let down there wasn't any spice and I thought the broth was pretty flavorless. I added some sriracha and it helped a lot. I will say the noodles were great they make them in house and the texture was perfect. I loved the charsui. It'a very flavorful and great addition. Service was good but I'm not sure I'd come back the prices for the ramen are on the higher side in my opinion there's better for less.

We went in Friday early evening for dinner. It wasn't busy around 5:30pm. Parking is available all around since restaurant is located in a strip mall. Food was good overall. Calamari was just ok. Gyoza was good. Tan tan ramen wasn't up to my standard but I can see other people liking it. It was bit on the salty side and broth was very rich. So I can see some people liking it more than me. Spicy miso ramen was good. I wish brother was served really hot though. Service was quick and food came out pretty fast. If I go back I would probably ask for low sodium broth.

    Fried Gyosa and peach boba.

If you're looking for mouth watering ramen along with customer service that is second to none, I suggest Kotoyama's. I started with perfectly cooked fried gyosa with a refreshing peach boba to wash it down. Then I had the beef ramen bowl which was outstanding. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed.

This was a great place for a warm bowl of ramen. The noodles were cooked well, and it's all about the broth. I got a char siu ramen. The soft boiled egg was cooked perfectly. The service was fast. My only complaint was the restaurant was cold, but once I got the noodles that was fine. We also got fried calamari as an appetizer which was tasty. Would definitely come back

I was wondering if the seating here would be communal since they only have 9 tables and room for 35 guests but I was pleasantly surprised that we were seated at our own table in a bit of a nook created by bookcases. My girlfriend and I had plans that day to go to the Peony Festival in town but it was cancelled due to weather. There were still many beautiful peonies in the restaurant itself and in many businesses around town. We were immediately seated by the hostess and our waiter, James, came to the table to tell us about the restaurant and that they would take our entire order and then course it out for us. I love this. Being a small restaurant it was a little noisy in there but we just spoke up a bit to talk to each other. We started with a couple cocktails, mine was Mr. Rumtastic and my friend had the Coming Up Roses. Both cocktails were well made and good. I found mine a bit thick on the palate, maybe because of the coconut milk? Still the flavors were well balanced and delicious. We started our meal with the Housemade Burrata, the bottom of the plate had a pistachio butter spread across it and there was mortadella on the plate, a puffy fried dough called gnocco fritto, and a balsamic honey along side. We were instructed to put it on our plate and mix it up and see how we like it paired together. What an excellent way to start our meal. We would definitely order this again. Next up for us was the Lamb Kafta Kebabs along with the Housemade Focaccia Bread. The lamb kebabs were ground lamb skewered and grilled served over a fresh fava bean puree finished with olive oil, sumac, ramp powder, and black cumin with some thinly sliced watermelon radish. The lamb was super tender and a perfect medium cook. The focaccia bread was a good addition to this as we slathered the homemade bread with the super soft whipped herb butter. Loved the rosemary baked into the bread as it gave it a woody, herby note without overpowering it. I almost ordered the Spring Salad but I asked James if it would be going overboard and he said what we ordered he thought would be the perfect amount of food so I will save that for another day. We ordered a second cocktail, mine was the Persephone's Elixir and my friend ordered the Peonies in the Park. We both enjoyed these cocktails more than we enjoyed the first cocktails we ordered. The egg white on mine made a little frothy creamy top and I loved the slight sweetness from the vanilla syrup and the pomegranate juice. I tried my friend's cocktail and it was so refreshing, it was peony infused vodka with rhubarb liqueur with a strawberry-rhubarb shrub. Next up for us was our main dish. I ordered the Spring Ravioli and my friend ordered the Persian Chicken. My ravioli was the best pasta dish I have had in quite some time. I usually don't eat an entire entree, I usually bring half home, this one though I ate every little bit, I would have licked the plate if I were not in a nice restaurant! Housemade ravioli with a filling of sweet peas, ricotta and percorino cheese bathed in a potato veloute' with sugar snap peas, pink peppercorns, chive oil and microgreens. I would order this again tomorrow if I were to go back tomorrow. My friend loved her chicken and her baked rice as well. So even after all these food, and it was a lot, we had to go for dessert. I ordered a cup of coffee with cream along with Crunch-Dipped Peanut Butter Pie and my friend ordered the Double Scoop of Housemade Peanut-Butter and Chocolate Gelato. We enjoyed these as well. We will definitely make another trip here as the service, food, and cocktails were right on point. Thanks so much to 9th Street Bistro and I hope you have many years of success.

We ordered: - Stoller Family Estate Pinot Noir - Geoff Davis: four roses old fashioned - Housemade Focaccia Bread with whipped herb butter - Agnolotti Pasta (vegetarian) - Savory Galette (vegetarian) We really enjoyed the meal. The focaccia is huge portion - definitely fit for 3-4 people rather than just 2! It was sooo soft and delicious. I also enjoyed the savory galette. It was a solid option but wish it had just a bit more of the curry flavor. Despite all the ingredients, it was just a bit underwhelming. I tried a bit of my partner's meal, the agnolotti pasta, and it was so good - infused with flavor. He really enjoyed it and raved about it! We're excited to come and try them again.
