The last time I visited there was a different receptionist than normal. I paid in cash for services rendered. Either they have poor record keeping or the receptionist stole the money. They called and sent numerous letters. I explained to them I paid the $100 at the time of service. They sent the $100 to collections and it impacted my credit. Do not pay them in cash as they may misplace your payment and insist you pay again or threaten to send you to collections over a $100.

He blends knowledge and craftsmanship with humor, and his attention to detail is amazing. I too, had to reach out to a public forum two years ago in need of emergency care due to a horrific toothache. 1100 Dental quickly responded with a next day appointment. I was very afraid at first but I needed what I needed. All my fears were put to rest at that appointment and my daughter and I have been, and will continue to be, committed clients. The office is sparkling clean, all COVID protocols are followed and the office staff is very warm and friendly. I can't express enough what it feels like to be treated with respect from this Dental practice. Dr. Weiss was also very patient and made several suggestions in regards to my current bite plate. I appreciated that he uses a local lab to make the bite plates, not some random place elsewhere. All in, I can't believe I didn't come in sooner and am looking forward to my next appointment.
