I had a top notch experience at Pi. I had rotten teeth and was experiencing one problem after another including teeth that fell out, multiple root canals, and extractions. I finally got my nerve up and said enough is enough. I am not going to lie. I was nervous about the procedure. However, every precaution was taken to make my experience as pain-free as possible. I had all of my remaining teeth surgically removed and six upper and four lower implants placed in my jaw. From there, I was fitted with upper and lower teeth. I left the Pi practice that afternoon with a mouthful of new teeth and a smile that I had never had before. Broke tooth after having seen my dentist in Erdenheim just a month ago. Other issues prevail. Called for urgent visit as this was a front tooth!!? Could get in for xray and nothing else. Called PI dental. Had me in at 7 45 today, did xrays, connected me with an Endodontist who prepped the tooth at noon, returned to PI dental at 2 30 today for the temporary crown. Huge event this weekend, sensitive tooth and looked awful. They were so kind, professional and I felt tremendous confidence in their hands for the first time in years. I've been going to PI Dental (Dr. Wolfinger) for about four years. He restored two teeth, one hemisected. I've since been seeing PI for regular dental work. Dr. Woofinger did not surgically extract the periodontal ligament under the with the infected tooth that he pulled in 2023, as he promised he would. The infection spread in my mouth, and I slowly became very ill. I had a DNA saliva test done which indicated that i have, Porphyramonas Gingivalis, a dangerous bacterial infection which can spread to the brain and cause symptoms seen in Alzheimer's. patients.. Two years later, I am very ill. Dr. Woofinger should have determined what the infection was before extracting the tooth. Instead he just pulled it and told me he left infection in my mouth. He caused systemic infection in my body and brain. With infections, see a periodontist or oral surgeon, not PiDental.Beware! read more

Short version: Make a New Year resolution to go to PI Dental if you need excellent care by dental professionals who are the best of the best!!! Period!!! Longer version: I live in North Carolina and found myself on a four year chaotic journey trying to reach completion of a full, upper arch restoration with implants included. It was always one thing or the other, week in and week out...never to finish. I told my husband that I needed a well deserved change! I had heard of PI Dental and began researching the possibility of traveling to Fort Washington, PA for their input and, hopefully, they could get me to final. Going there was an option! My husband said to pack up and let's go! In just three visits they finished my restoration!They did what others could not do! Dr. Wolfinger is so special, very intelligent, very patient and kind. He is a master of his profession! His work is outstanding and everything is so comfortable! Comfort is a huge part of dentistry, not only aesthetics. The staff is so sweet and accommodating that I feel as though they are my family. From the first phone call to the last hug goodbye, they were absolutely fantastic!!! Now I want to travel to PA just pop in to say hello! LOL! By the way, we had excellent accommodations at The Residence Inn in Willow Grove, PA. It is a ten minute drive to PI Dental. The dentist didn't greet me at any of my appointments. He sold me a crown I didn't need. They cost more than double than other dentists.

I travel long distance from California to Pennsylvania for the very accommodating and great service which I did not accomplish in California dental wise. Update: to include my experience with Dr. Woffenger. Dr. Woffenger did an incredible job with my implant procedure. I'm healing just fine and he explained every detail as he did the procedure. WOW! What a great experience! I have spent literally hundreds of hours in dental chairs over the last fifty years due to a host of issues; and I have seen at least 10 dentists over that time. This office and the the dentist are top notch. The staff is caring, efficient, professional and beyond qualified. Dr. Wolfinger is, hands down, one of the kindest, most skilled practitioners I have seen. I had to have a bridge redone, as well as 3 extractions and 3 implants. The doctors at Pi Dental are beyond qualified. The only regret you will have is not scheduling an appointment with them sooner. It would be a major mistake to just look for a dentist or surgeon based on their fees or location. You cannot simply rely on the recommenation of your dentist. I highly recommend calling PI Dental Center for a CONSULTATION. They are extremely thorough and you will leave there knowing that THEY CAN HANDLE ANYTHING. Dr. Balshi and Dr. Wolfinger are incredible, as is their entire staff. Prior to becoming a patient at Pi Dental, I had suffered through eight mouth surgeries (dental implants in the top/front area of my mouth) with another surgeon. The pain and recovery periods were horrendous and it has taken a major toll on my life. My physical health changed and emotionally I am still struggling. I lost time with my children, family and friends -- time that cannot be restored. During the course of my treatment within a 3 year period, the combined total of surgeries and appointments was over 100. I had a recovery period of several weeks following each surgery. Think about it -- Do YOU have time for that? What employer would give you all of that time off? If you have children, your spouse will need to care for you and the children. I highly recommend that you START WITH A CONSULTATION AT THE PI DENTAL CENTER!!! My consultation lasted almost four hours -- they were incredibly thorough and that is exactly what I needed. I live in Houston, Texas and I researched dental implants for well over ten years before finding PI Dental Center. It is so difficult to find a place that had everything that met my criteria. I wanted a place that could perform the implant surgery as well a make the prosthesis, not have me without teeth for any period of time, highest quality possible, and reasonably priced. I never felt very comfortable in any of the places I visited and all of them gave me very different treatment plans. I always said, I wish I could get a consultation from a place that was not financially vested in my treatment. I surfed the web and must have watched every single video about Dr. Balshi and PI Dental Center. I would have loved to get my treatment at PI Dental but it just didn't seem logistically reasonable. So I decided to fly up to PI Dental in Fort Washington and get a treatment plan that I could bring back home to Houston. I called PI and Linda answered the phone and right away I felt that this was a good decision. When I arrived the staff was so awesome that I found myself thinking that I really wanted to have my treatment here. When Dr. Balshi walked into the room I cannot begin to tell you the calmness that came over me. My dental condition was really embarrassing and Dr. Balshi and Hilarie made me feel like I never felt before. Now I really wanted to find a way to have my treatment done at PI. They told me how they accommodate out of town patients and even with the travel costs I felt I could make this happen. My top priority was to have my bottom teeth replaced with implants and I could wear a new denture on top because that was easily within my budget. Dr. Balshi knew that what I really wanted was a full set of dental implants he came up with a treatment plan that I could manage. I will celebrate two years with my new implants on top and bottom and not only have I not had any issues, I NEVER felt any pain throughout the entire process. I am so happy with the final results. I became aware of PI back in the 90's when Good Morning America did a report on PI and introduced us to Dr. BALSHI and his state of art facility. ! I was so impressed I ordered a DVD of the show and watched it often and actually still have it today! Since that time I continued to follow PI through social media and other sources and always wished to be their patient but thought for me it would be out of reach. However I made an appointment for a thorough consultation and testing! From the moment I entered the office doors I just knew I was where I Needed to be! Everyone from the front desk staff onward were So kind and friendly and professional and made me feel welcome! Very impressive! I am dental phobic but had complete calmness throughout the process! I met Dr. BALSHI who ,like previous reviewer, understood my needs and never made me feel awkward or embarrassed! I left there wanting it SO badly !
