She buys things by the pallet from stores like Target, Macy's, Bed Bath & Beyond and more and passed the bargains into the public. Prices are super reasonable and it's relatively organized. Some of the items I picked up were a $3 women's shirt from Target (MSRP $24.99), $3 toddler shoes from Target (MSRP $27.99), $3 Toiletry Tray from Macy's (MSRP $22), $7 pack of three water guns (currently selling at Target for $14.99). She gets new things all the time so if you don't find something in your first trip don't be discouraged. If you live in the area I definitely recommend checking it out!

The store is mostly overstock or extra items from Target and other stores that they buy pallets from. Pricing was reasonable as all clothing, shoes were New and $3.00. I questioned the pricing of pool and spa testing strips as they were marked $8.99 more than regular retail and one box expired in 2018. He made the executive decision to charge me 99 cents each. Wow how nice. They take credit cards with a $10 minimum purchase. There is a loyal customer club if you spend $100, you get $5.00 off the next time. The store had some variety of cell phone covers, bed sheets, clothes, bras, heath and beauty, socks, drapes. I guess selection changes regularly. Great customer service. Support small business.

Also to support this they have snacks and beverages for sale at a reasonable price. I was greeted by the employee when I entered, and he kindly asked if I was looking for anything and to let him know if I needed any help. I appreciated his acknowledgement, yet hands-off-ness since I was just there to do a little light browsing to get a feel for what was there. (I did almost buy my husband a mug for the upcoming holidays, as it was Critical Role themed and he's a fan of that series.) You could definitely find gifts for friends here. Never again. Some…read moreyears ago, my wife bought me a Stauer Graves '33 watch. Pretty, old-fashioned-looking, automatic timepiece with multiple dials. "Automatic" means it winds itself while it's worn. Keep this in mind; it comes back. Honestly, this is a cheap piece of jewelry; I don't expect it to keep good time or last very long. I'm more-or-less correct. The dials misbehave: They don't keep day-of-week or month or date straight; time is only accurate to ± 2 or 3 minutes a day, but it works alright. After a while, the mechanism gets dirty, the watch stops running, so I toss it. But it was an OK watch, I know how it operates, so I order another. Lather rinse repeat. February, 2026, it's time, and I order my fourth Stauer Graves '33. It arrives, and I notice the crown isn't working the way it did before. I look at the instructions (perhaps the design has changed), and they confirm: the watch is defective. I call Stauer Customer No-Service and... Clue #1: I sit on hold for nearly an hour. CSR #1 makes fun of me: I only need to fill out the return form & send it back; Stauer will automagically send a replacement. CSR #1 doesn't say I'll need to buy the shipping envelope and stand in line at USPS, but I'm already committed, so... Three weeks after the returned watch arrives at Stauer, I call Stauer Customer No-Service for another hour-long wait... Clue #2: CSR #2 says standard return/exchange processing time is a month. "A month?" He's going to do me a favor and request an "immediate" turnaround. Clue #3: Another week goes by before the replacement ships. Clue #4: The "replacement" arrives; "replacement" is in quotes because it looks & behaves exactly as the one I'd returned. I'm puzzled. There's no note; everything looks like it did when I sent it back. So... I go to the Stauer website, write a detailed message and hit "send." A message appears saying a reply will be forthcoming in several business days. Clue #5: Another three weeks go by; I've not heard anything. I call Stauer Customer No-Service for the hour-long hold, and CSR #3 tells me that Stauer's service people sent back to me the defective watch I'd returned because they couldn't find anything wrong with it. "They don't write to customers," CSR #3 says. I explain what's wrong with the crown: It's supposed to have three positions (closed, half-open and all-open), but it doesn't open all the way. The instructions say to open the crown all the way in order to set the watch. CSR #3 listens politely and tells me to return the watch again; this time, she says, I should include a detailed letter. Back to the post office, another padded shipping envelope, etc... Clue #6: I find an email address for Stauer's Director of Customer No-Service, and I send these details to her asking that she help make sure the situation is properly addressed. I receive no reply. Clue #7: A month goes by. My credit card emails to tell me Stauer has refunded 95% of my original charge. I've not heard from Stauer, so I line up for another hour-long hold, and CSR #4 tells me there was nothing wrong with the watch. Again. Understanding that CSR #4 isn't familiar with the Graves '33, I ask to speak with people in service. "They don't talk to customers." I ask to speak with CSR #4's boss; he tells me she'll call me back before close of business that day. Clue #8: A Stauer Customer No-Service Supervisor calls me nearly a week later. From the jump, she's aggressive & rude. She doesn't listen to my questions and insists there's nothing wrong with the watch I was sent. This makes no sense because she then insists that the third crown position is to "wind the watch." It's an automatic. No winding. Remember? She's acknowledging that the watch is -- by definition -- defective. Even if she's right (especially if she's right), she's admitting that Stauer has screwed up because if she's right (she's not), there'd be no way to wind the watch because the crown doesn't open to the third position. She's steadfast in her obstinance. I tell her: She's the rudest Customer No-Service person I've ever talked with. When all's said & done, the transaction cost me about 30% of the watch's price in shipping and fees, and I don't have the watch. Whether I can afford it or not isn't the point. I have the president/founder's email address, but I don't expect he'd respond in any more of a constructive way than any of his Customer No-Service people have. It's a shame because I'd've been willing to replace the watch every few years or so and maybe even buy some of Stauer's other cheap watches or knives or whatever. Now, all I'm thinking about is how to get off of their junk mail list. They send catalogs & "offers" at least several times a week.

Just went to pick up some ingredients today. Totally forgot today was their grand "remodelling"…read morecompletion day. There was an army of food trucks in the parking lot with crazy lines (esp. for 9am), but it didn't fully dawn on me why until I entered and encountered a massive balloon arch and table of goodie bags. They've been advertising this date for awhile now, and I and many other shoppers have had to endure several months of cramped parking (because a large part of the lot was full of equipment/materials for the remodel), bizarre aisle layouts, and closed restrooms while they were in the midst of this remodel. I will say that the place was crawling with employees (and managers...) who all seemed to be in an effervescent mood; I think they had all hands on deck for staffing today. The employee handing out goodie bags jovially encouraged me to check out the many booths set up in the back of the store. I did and found things like coloring sheets, face painting, and henna, as well as on the grocery throughway lots of free samples from various third party sellers (like Kellogg's, Monster Energy, etc.). I got so many that my goodie bag was stuffed beyond capacity. There were even two costumed mascots to take photos with (Chester Cheetah and Tony the Tiger)! So actually, I'll admit, this little event was kinda fun, even if it was celebrating the excesses of capitalism. XP Apart from today, I've been shopping at this location for about a year, since we moved to the area. I go because it's cheaper than the Cub that's closer, and cuz I can get non-grocery items there while I'm at it (like household cleaning supplies, body care, auto stuff, etc.). So in that way it's convenient and worth the longer drive. But it's your typical Walmart in pretty much every way. It's not gonna be amazing, just OK (thus my rating). It's clean enough, stocked enough. Sometimes it's annoyingly crowded (I never ever use a shopping cart unless I absolutely have to). I tend to utilize self checkout as a matter of personal preference so I can bag my items exactly the way I want. Of course it's annoying that Walmart's point of sale devices STILL don't allow tap to pay. Get with the times, Walmart, everyone else has. I also use the mobile app to hunt down random items when I'm not certain where in the store to look (case in point, today I regrettably needed mouse traps...). My luck with asking employees face-to-face here hasn't been very good, so I've defaulted to kinda fending for myself in this regard. Sort of a shame, but I also know that they're pushing to have shoppers not even enter the store physically at all-- this is quite evident from the sheer number of brand new "pickup" spots in their parking lot post-remodel (nearly an entire double row... which seems insane to me). They'd prefer to basically have a local "warehouse" and cart your order out to you under the guise of "your convenience." (We all know this is actually a way to stem shortages and recoup profits; under late-stage capitalism, nothing is done by a big business without there being something in it for them too.) Haha, okay, soapbox over. This is a Walmart. Go there to buy stuff cuz you're mostly broke and feels like the only way to affordably feed yourself in a country beset by rapid inflation! Oops, guess my soapbox wasn't quite over. My bad!
