You'll come across it as it's in the main street, on your way to the Simpsons, Harry Potter, and the Lower Level Lot. There are 3 different entrances. One of the entrances has Illumination and the other one was Sanrio. This store is so much fun! It's a one-stop-shop for Universal studio's animation merchandise! You'll find some of your favorite characters from Illumination Entertainment, Scooby-Doo, Sanrio, and DreamWorks Animation. You'll find all sorts of items from Shrek and Donkey Plushies, Despicable Me Toys, and a whole bunch of Sanrio goodies! My favorite part was looking at all of the Sanrio Merchandise. The shirts are so funny! You'll see a Jaws shirt, with the hello kitty in the water and shark below! There was a ET Shirt, with Hello Kitty riding the Bike and ET in the basket! There was also a lot of Trolls merchandise! There were a few Poppy Plushies and lots of shirts based on the trolls movie! Some of the apparel included short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts. It was nice to see Cat In the Hat Merchandise being offered by the Animation Studio! There were some Thing #1 and Thing #2 shirts. Other merchandise included bags and Cat In the Hat themed blankets. This was such a fantastic store! We had several team members approach us and ask if we were looking for anything in particular. It was nice that the team members had wanted to help us! If you like to shop and are a big animation fan, this is a must-go-to store while visiting Universal Studios Hollywood!

You can expect to find the same buzzy memorabilia that's currently trending inside the park. For instance, I visited Production Central while I was waiting to enter USH for FanFest and they had 90% of the same items you'll find at the shops during the event. Scooby Doo, Universal Monsters, and FanFest were the most common items as that what's on everyone's minds. The quality of the items are excellent, you'll find everything from button-ups, tees, mugs, to full-on costumes. I'd highly recommend visiting especially if you're not planning on entering the park. Staff are not pushy and they let you window shop. Most items are on the pricier side but what isn't at a theme park? I'll be back! I especially loved the enamel pins sold here!

In the middle of the store, you'll see Collectible Transformers figurines on sale. There was this Gold Optimus Prime on display that was quite expensive, but beautiful to look at! There were some Transformers plushies and toys offered at Production Central. You could even purchase a Collectible Sipper for $20.00 that was Bumblebee themed! The selection is big and has lower prices compared to some of the gift shops closer to Hollywood and Highland. There are drinks for sale here if you need to quench your thirst. I ended up buying some magnets for my parents but that's about it. The store was clean and the cashier and staff were friendly. They did not follow me around or made me feel pressured to buy things like other stores.

But it is big enough to get all your souvenirs in one spot, or at least browse around. La La Land is personally my favorite shop and is right across the street from the place. But since there was some closures going on due to the Oscars, I decided to stay on this side of the road. You can find some neat stuff in here. Everything was set up and streamlined efficiently, and the owner and staff were so sweet and helpful, checking on everyone's progress and taking the time to answer any questions we had. The owner, who started this business during the COVID-19 pandemic, was so knowledgeable about scent creation and candle-making, and I'll definitely have to be back to sniff and buy some of her creations. In addition to her handmade candles, the store is also stocked with little trinkets, art, jewelry and collectibles from small local artists.
