First and foremost, Tinseltown and Annabelle are a godsend. The world just does not make businesses like this anymore. The team is amazing at what they do - TV grade - Christmas on Elm Street-style - Upper Echelon. The gifts were wrapped so nice - my wife barely wanted to open them! We were so thankful to have a few photos taken by a professional photographer and these became the centerpiece of our design. Again, overall an amazing experience. Annabelle scheduled to allow me to drop these off at my hotel, as we were traveling, picked them up, and had them back at the hotel within hours. The front desk would bring them to the room, matching a fully decked out ensemble (as if they came from the same artist) allowing a full, immersive experience and design. Annabelle is cost efficient - charging modest rates - for such conveniences described above. She allowed for my experience to be fluid, simple, worry-free and amazing - even though I was coming from out of town. Thank you Annabelle! Thank you Tinseltown. You are simply the best!

The Best Gift Service Ever! I needed to give a gift to a friend who did me a HUGE solid and also happens to be an A-Lister. There's a certain kind of food this woman loves and eats all the time so I bought every version of it I could find: upscale, down-scale, elegant, generic - all of it. I also bought her two personal things I knew she'd like. But then what? Luckily, I found Tinsel Town Gift Wrapping and they did the rest, including delivery. I asked her if she could call the recipient to verify her location for the delivery and she refused. As for the delivery, I was quoted $15. Then, when I asked that the delivery arrive by 4pm, suddenly, the fee went up to $34.95! Keep in mind that I called at 9:30am, which gave them plenty of time to fill this simple order. The call was so frustrating, that I canceled the order and went with another very cooperative Florist. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing.

The attention to detail from that point on was flawless. The day before the event, they called to double-check and confirm both the delivery time and the location. On the day of the delivery, the flowers arrived right on time and in perfect condition. I must say, this is easily the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever received in my life. Every single bloom was incredibly fresh, the wrapping was stunning, and the ribbon customized with their company name on it added the most elegant, high-end touch. A great service. Annabelle and V are friendly and welcoming; even better, they do terrific work. I took a gamble, but the photos looked good and the prices were very friendly.
