Easy Rider Rentals was absolutely rad. The online check-in and check-out process was completely automated and easy to use. The bikes and helmets were clean and in great condition and the posted instructions were very easy to understand. The Rad E-Bikes were a blast to use. I'm not usually a fan of bike riding, but these bikes made it so easy and so fun that nearly anyone could ride these for hours! My front tire blew out after hitting a sharp rock, and the owners, Erik and Tom, were there in less than 10 minutes to not only pick up and repair my bike but also to drop me off further down the road to get me back to my group. They were beyond helpful, extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable. They really know how to run a small business. This was by far the best rental experience we had on our entire vacation. The location was perfect for a shaded, beautiful ride up through Snow Canyon. I highly recommend East Rider for experienced and beginner riders alike. read more

We rented these bikes and rode into Snow Canyon. It was awesome! The kids loved it! I have riden an ebike once before and this one was different. These bikes have seven different "helps" which made it very easy to ride up hills. I thought I would get a little bit of a workout but really don't think I raised my heart rate at all (I am fairly active). Even on the lowest "help" I could pedal with no problems. These bikes worked out great for us as it allowed the slower riders in the family to keep up with the faster riders who rode their own bikes. We will surely do this again. Thinking about taking my 84 year old father on them as I think he would really enjoy it. read more

This is is our second or third rental from Tom and we are pleased to announce that Easy Rider is a no-hassle ebike rental facility. No hassle in the form of no moody or unhappy human to deal with at the Easy Rider location. You reserve the ebike on-line, complete the paperwork which takes a few minutes, email the electronically signed form to Tom, then you will get a code to access the facility and off you go on the preassigned date and time. This was awesome. Only a short bike ride to Snow Canyon, they were so easy to book online, sign waivers online, get into the self-serve bike barn ourselves with a secure passcode. I even called the place to ask questions and got a voicemail and didn't leave a message. A representative reached back out via text to make sure we were taken care of and they answered my questions promptly. We were so please. We got the ebikes that had pedal assist AND the use of a throttle (for the big big hills) and it was perfect. By the end of our ride, we were perfectly tired but not sore at all. Great experience. Super slick and easy! Rad bikes worked great up and down Snow Canyon, after 4 hours of riding plenty of battery to spare. Great for COVID times - didn't see a single person! Only wish was having trail maps available on site, or even a few recommendations emailed. We assumed there would be but found ourselves researching the area for trails "on the fly", and not sure we hit the top one's or not. read more

Using the bikes, you are able to enjoy the views and hiking trails in a way you wouldn't be able to if you were driving or on foot. First time on an ebike and would suggest renting first before you buy to see if you like ebiking or not. We loved it and will buy. Took this on the Snow Canyon loop trail. They were awesome and absolutely loved the convenience of the self-serve. The bikes had 5 assists plus the throttle which we thought it was the best. Recommend and will use again when we are down in St. George again. read more
