One of the bikes we bought had some issues - Wade has personally handled it, keeping up with us via text and calls. He has spoken to local bike shops (in Idaho where we live) to facilitate what's going on. Today I spoke with a rep from Specialized who said Wade reached out to them and we have a new motor being installed in our turbo levo e bike. Cannot recommend this shop and customer service enough. I called them in need of a brake bleed while down on vacation biking. They answered quickly and I had the bike to them and taken into service within 10 minutes of my phone call with them. About 45 minutes later they let me know my bike was done! What a wonderful bicycle shop, they have everything there you could possibly need with clothing, shoes, accessories, and of course, lots of bikes. We were traveling through St. George and unfortunately, someone stole something off of our bike our specialized bike in the parking lot, the issue happened in Barstow, Luckily this shop was able to help us resolve the issue within 15 minutes, amazing customer service and now I'm back on the trails. I just can't tell you have awesome this place is. They fix bikes for sure but today they fixed everything on my baby stroller. I took it in last night at 4 and I got a text at 5:30 saying it was done and ready to go. These guys are phenomenal!!!!! The gentleman that repaired the stroller was beyond nice. These guys ROCK! I was unsure about how a tubeless tire works on my sons bike and was a little frustrated on how the goat heads cause the tire to leak air every so often, the employee was able to show me how the tubeless tires work and he even added new sealant to the tire for me free of charge! I picked up a couple of bottles of sealant to add to the tires every three months and with a new understanding of how to keep the tires inflated and the sealant doing what it's intended to do, my son was back to hit the trails. I live in Southern California, but frequently take mountain bike trips to Saint George Utah. Recently, while riding the Zen and Motor Cycle Maintenance trails, in Saint Geroge, I broke a saddle rail clamp and bolt on my OneUp dropper post. Because of the mechanical, I could not fasten the saddle to my seatpost. This left my bike disabled and a potential end to my bike trip. I stopped by Red Rock Bicycle Company in Saint George Utah and attempted to buy replacement parts for my OneUp dropper. Unfortunately, the parts I needed were not in stock. The staff at Red Rock were determined to help me with my mechanical. A staff member went into the backroom and rumaged through used parts until he found a dropper post whose saddle rail clamps worked with my OneUp dropper. The staff member took the saddle rail clamps and bolts off of the dropper and gave them to me. When I attempted to pay for the parts, I was told there was no charge. The kindness, diligence, and generosity of Red Rock and it's staff members saved my trip and made me a life long loyal customer. Thank you for your kindness and assistance with my bike. Brought my Specialized Turbo Como 4.0 in because of a chirping sound from the motor. Left it overnight and texted me the ebike was fixed. It wasn't fixed!! They said it's a belt inside the motor and they can't access it, that it needed to be replaced. Went to Walmart and got some chain lube and sprayed the gear chain and around the mid drive motor. Chirping sound gone. It blows my mind that their repair technicians didn't think about doing that. Great job guys read more

I was passing through the area and stopped in for some relief from the heat and see if they could do a quick repair on my bike. Ethan in service, asked one of his bike techs if they could handle the repair and they finished it in under 30 minutes. I'm now back on the road and my bike is solid. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING KNOWLEDE AND SERVICE. Bought my Son a new Specialized Stump jumper and they were on top of every aspect. They literally sized him up and we were out the door quickly, excited to hit the trails together. The following week we both needed service on our bikes as we mangled our tires and Tubes on some trails, and I assumed it would take a while as they service so many Bikes. Guess what...same day service on a Friday to get us back on the trails with our problems resolved! Also helped me out with some weak beginner questions I had and didn't make me feel dumb. We went to this shop three times during our week stay. The are informative. Answered every question we had and the knew their stuff. Our friend made arrangements to rent an e bike fit two days. It was a big expense but she was excited to go with us. We went by to get the bike and it wasn't ready. They didn't say why, it was annoying but they made it right by just charging us for one day. Now let me update my review of Red Rock Bikes. Two years after buying my Juliana there I can say that this shop rocks!! Having been in the shop so many times and attending clinics and the ladies mountain bike rides I can give 5 stars. I believe someone has listened and done a customer service about face so that when women come in we are listened to. Also a big shout out to Shirley for hosting the ladies mountain bike rides! Our boy picked the color of bike he wanted and a helmet. He was happy and road the ramps out the store. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. I was returning from a road trip to CA and while loading my bike on a Yakima roof rack, I discovered that I lost the rear wheel strap. It was early morning so no bike shops were open and I had to use a velcro strap to secure the rear wheel onto the bike rack. I was paranoid that the velcro strap wouldn't strong enough to withstand the stress of holding the bike onto the rack with highway speeds. My destination was St George Utah for the night so I checked Google maps for bike shops and found Red Rock Bicycle. I called the shop, confirmed they had the straps in stock and that they closed at 7pm. The call taker said he would hold 2 straps for me. When I arrived at the bike shop, I spoke with an employee who then found the straps that were being held for me. Unfortunately, the straps were not the correct straps. I showed a picture of the correct strap and the employee said he will talk to the repair technicians. The employee soon returned with the correct straps. I'm sorry I didn't get the employee's name. He was very friendly, enthusiastic and went out of his way to help me. The call taker was also friendly on the phone. If I lived locally, I would definitely make Red Rock Bicycle my "go-to" LBS. read more

When I am in St George there is one go to bike shop and that is Red Rock. Recently I was down here for the weekend and I broke a spoke on my road bike. I went in right when they opened and they told me the timeframes but said they would try to fit it in. Not only did they do that they did it in a few hours, when I was expecting maybe late on the weekend I would get the wheel back or have to take it back to Park City. They totally crushed it and continue make me a return customer for my St George bike needs. read more

We stopped by Red Rock Bicycle Company in St George and inquired about renting ebikes We were greeted by Carin and I must say she was awesome. In a matter of minutes we had e-bike reservations for the following morning in Hurricane. We were greeted In Hurricane the next morning by two very help young men, sorry I forgot to get their names, and took off on a couple of hours around town on some much needed fun. The e-bikes we're awesome and fun to ride. Breakfast at the Main Street Cafe was delicious too. Thanks to Jason for taking time to chat upon our return. Showed up to have my rear derailer looked at. Initially they told me there was nothing wrong with it then I spun the pedals so they could hear the problem then the tech said absolutely it's broken they took my bike into the back - after 15 minutes they came back and said there was nothing wrong with the detailer but only my chain needed to be re-lubricated which had already been serviced 6 hours earlier - then they proceeded to tell me that my head spacers were loose and they needed to tighten those - an absolute money grab - he tried to show me they were loose but couldn't. I just had my bike completely serviced at another location that morning - the only reason I took it into them was it was after hours they were the only bike store open in town. Like other reviews it appears they attempted to create a problem when there was not a problem on my bike just to money grab - I do not recommend this by company and encourage you to go anywhere else. These guys are worse than car mechanics trying to scam people. read more

Our service experience was less than stellar. Ans let me clarify this is the Cedar City location. We were told an hour for a 90 day tune up after three hours we called the shop and they hadn't even started the tune up and they closed in an hour. They were going to start them immediately. We get a text 15 minutes later that they are done. Weird since it was two bikes that should take longer than 15 mins but okay. We get back to the shop ask the tech what was in the tire (since it was flat when we brought it in). The response "oh .. ummm nothing that just happens sometimes when they sit" .. mind you it hadn't sat and wouldn't you know it's flat again the next morning and we find a giant thorn in the tire. I'm pretty sure they did nothing on the service and simply washes up our dusty bikes. With the amount of money we spent at the shop I would expect better. read more

We spent a week in St. George, specifically for a cycling vacation celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. We spent a lot of time at Red Rock Bicycle Co. We were at the shop for one reason or another almost every day of our stay. I wanted to give them a 5 star rating but couldn't figure out how. I can't say enough great things about them. Every time we were in the store we were given outstanding customer service & being new to cycling I ask a lot of questions. The store is amazing, very well laid out, offering lots of inventory, super clean (including the dressing rooms & bathroom). The staff is very helpful, informative, & professional. They cheerfully answer questions without high pressure. Josh is phenomenal for service needs. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, & willing to teach. Joey helped me choose the right bike for me. He knew all the right questions to ask to set me up with the right bike. He made my bike purchase fun. They were also helpful in giving us a lot of bike path info. It's currently May 2019 and this is our 3rd cycle vacation this year (Hawaii, Tucson, and St. George, & we live & cycle in Alaska). I want to give a big shout out thank you to this bike company for selling me a specialized Hardtail last November 2017. I've been a road baby cyclist preferring Trek over other brands for many years but wanted to start mountain biking on a different product. My first big trip was just completed with this well-performing, affordable bike riding 220 miles from Telluride Colorado to Moab Utah via the San Juan Huts! I learned how to do my own maintenance on this bike and since the ride is self supported was easily able to add plenty of bags to carry a minimal amount of gear and repair kit. The bike performed well and felt very solid during the entire ride. I navigated beginner and intermediate single track for many many miles riding from 8700 feet to 11,000 feet, up and down, gaining over 15,000 feet of gain ending in Moab in 100° temps. I trust this bike! It's affordable and great for what I needed as a new mountain biker. read more

Set up an early appointment for an easy tune up a few days ago. Came in at 9:00am sharp (opening time) to drop off my bike and made it clear I needed it back early afternoon for a training ride since I'm from out of town and this is the reason I drove out here. They said no problem, checked it out while I was there, and talked me into some new cabling and a chain. Fine. No call or text, so I went in at 2:30, thinking it must be done. Nope. They hadn't even started it. Apparently another bike took priority over my appointment and clear need for it to be done soon. Took my bike and left. So now I get to do snow canyon repeats, a veyo loop, and a full St. George Ironman course without my bike being tuned up. This will be nice. Hopefully my breaks don't fail... read more
