We planned a trip to St George and couldn't pass up the opportunity to bike ride in beautiful Snow Canyon state park. I found, booked, and paid for the rental in advance, which was super easy with reasonable rates. When we arrived, I was kind of surprised that this was a home/ garage business. Good for them for making that work. I'm sure in California there would be some regulation against that. Tim was super helpful getting us the right bikes and giving us instructions on where to ride in our planned timeframe. Their location is super close to the park entrance. The bikes worked great, both pedal assist and throttle. The ride was simply amazing. Drop off was also easy, and gave us a chance to say hi to their sweet resident doggie again. Talk about customer service. These guys made us feel right at home. My daughters rented e-bikes I rode my own. They had never been on e-bikes and the coaching was really spectacular. My only negative is that they are a long way from snow canyon. Round trip it was 20 miles. That was too long for my daughters. read more

We found this place while we were staying at the Red Mountain Resort. It is just down the street, less than a mile, from the resort. We booked our bikes online the night before (they even had same-day availability!) and then showed up the next day, and they bikes were out front, waiting for us. They provided us with a map showing a bunch of nearby bike routes. The bikes were fully charged and lasted for our full 18-mile ride (took us about 2 hours). We dropped them off when we were done, and that was that. Very quick and convenient service, fair prices, and great quality bikes! read more

Awesome awesome awesome experience renting the ebikes from this family business. We stayed in St George for 4 nights and did as many outdoor activities as possible that are not readily available in SoCal. Doing an EBike trip through the snow canyon was by far the best experience, including a scenic hike through the Zion. We had originally feared that biking in the high 90s temperature would be awful but the ebikes allowed the trip to be breezy and enjoyable. All the kids loved to ride in the bike and enjoyed all the views that snow canyon had to offer. Tim and Shelly were super knowledgeable about the area and gave us a bunch of pro tips as to how to plan through our routes. They even came with bandages when one of our crew took a tumble 10 mins into the trip. This bike rental shop is super highly recommended. read more

We had so much fun on these bikes! They were easy to use and I felt totally confident on them. The 4 hours was a perfect amount of time. We were surprised how far we could go and how fast we got there. We had no problems with the battery life-the battery outlasted our ability to sit on the bike for that long. The owner was super nice, helpful and accommodating. Their location is a perfect spot to enter the canyon. Even though the day was pretty warm, we didn't feel too hot because of the breeze from the bike and the assisted pedaling. We were tired in the end, but not nearly as tired as we would have been if we would have pedaled 30 miles by ourselves. We can't wait to come back and bring the family. read more

eBikes were is perfect shape. Thoughtful owner had them lined up and ready at our pickup time. Rented 4 of the basic eBikes for full day. Pedaled with the assist at level 1, using the throttle for the really steep parts, and still had 5 of 5 battery left after 8 hours. Great way to see Snow Canyon and get to and from trailheads. Tim & his wife gave us fantastic recommendations, advice, and tips about Snow Canyon and the surrounding area. He even had frozen towels for us once we returned from a hot day in Snow Canyon. It was very easy to book online, paid, signed waiver etc., just showed up and left 5 minutes later. no additional paperwork to mess with and owner had the bike ready to go, fully charged, brand new and clean. Great rental experience and the bikes worked perfectly. My wife was a bit nervous having never been on an ebike but we had no problem going to the top of snow canyon and looping around HWY 18.
