Tracey was the GOAT! - she is the new owner of this bike rental establishment. We called the day before and reserved 2 bikes for the next day for pick up at 8:30. We were given instructions to enter the Zion gate and go to the visitors center parking lot to meet up and get the bikes. Well...the line to get into the Zion gate that day was unusually LONG...so we called her and she sent us a (map) pin to meet her back outside the gates and she was waiting for us. Tracey and her cute son unloaded the 2 bikes and gave us a lesson. (we also needed to sign waivers) Because of the kerfuffle with finding her - she said we could keep the bikes all day if we wanted (we only rented for 1/2 day) - but we assured her our delicate little bums could not handle all day on the bikes anyway... I was unaware of how this part of Zion works, but basically it is a 10 mile road that starts with a bike path, then goes to road. This city girl was quite nervous, but there is basically only shuttle busses on this road, and they wait for you to pull over before they pass you, so it isn't too scary. There are lots of places to pull over and look at the scenery or to take a hike. There are baskets and bungee cords on the bikes for your gear. The bikes get up to about 20 mph at max speed and we got used to them pretty quickly. The bikes are heavy when not moving FYI. We were also given helmets. Returning was easy, We called Tracey - she was not quite available, so she told us exactly were to lock them up and send a photo. This was one of the funnest things we did on vacation. read more

Great eBikes - I've rented many on my holidays, and these were the best so far. Super effortless. And it is cheaper than renting at the entrance at Zion NP, from Zion Outfitters. 4 hours is more than enough to bike all the way to the end of the Scenic Drive (the start of The Narrow) and back, with plenty of stops for snacks and pictures. Doesn't require any physical stamina with the eBikes, almost effortless. Comes with a (good quality) helmet and a lock. Only gripe is the cost; $60 for 4 hours is steep! The most I've ever paid for an eBike rental. But I guess this is Zion, and it is the cheapest place out of all the others around. If you stay at the Hampton Inn next door, ask for the 10% discount! I had an awesome experience with Greater Zion E-Bike Rentals! Their team was incredibly responsive, super helpful and accommodated my tricky itinerary. I only had 24 hours and they were willing to pick me up from St. George, drive me to Zion and then pick me up the next day and bring me back. The bike was great, easy to use and in great shape! The prices were cheaper than within the park and the service top notch! I would highly recommend them. And I plan to come back again soon with my family for another visit and fully intend to use the group again! read more

This company is absolutely fantastic!! I would 10 out of 10 recommend their services. Their ebikes are in great shape, super reliable, and easy to use. No bike rack? No problem! Their bikes can be folded in such a way that they fit into your car nicely, yet can assemble back together in two clicks...literally! My group and I were looking to rent E-bikes for the evening to take around Zion National Park. We didn't reserve anything in Springdale ahead of time and I was having difficulty finding any places in that area that were available for last minute reservations as well as reasonably priced. I stumbled across this place online looking for availabilities for a half day evening rental. I had a couple questions before booking. On the phone as well as upon our arrival to the store Luke was very helpful and nice when it came to answering my concerns. Although this place is 30 minutes from the park they can deliver the bikes to a designated spot in the park and the will also pick it up from that same spot. The bikes are also foldable so you can also fit it in a car or SUV depending on how many bikes you are renting. We rented the Radexpand and they worked absolutely amazing. We had absolutely no difficulties with the bike ride or the business. I highly recommend this place. You won't regret it. read more

We went to stop by the Visitor Center to get recommendations on hikes, and found that greater Zion e bikes had just moved into the location. Hunter was super helpful anyways recommending hikes, and ultimately we got into looking at the bikes. With a little older parents was a little worried but he made sure we were comfortable and well equipped for the ride. It turned out to be the highlight of the trip.
