Let me first start by saying that I give this place a five star review as a parent who has children that have been going here for over a year and as a teacher that works here and I would like to also continue by saying that the person who labeled themselves as N B has absolutely no right to speak on the center considering she literally only worked here for four days. And in those four days, she did absolutely nothing with the except for the floor with her shoes unacceptable childish. This is the center where everybody gets along and parents needs are put first but everyone else who works here is taken in consideration and we all work together as a team so the little clicker circle that she's talking about of the 12 employees that work there heck yeah we do all get along. So if you do want to save place where you know, your child will be well taken care of and have lots of fun. I definitely would put them here and I would ignore the childish comments that others have placed to have either been doing wrong to the facility and the children inside or just wanna be petty and cause drama. read more

i worked there for a few months and let me tell you, that place is horrible. for the children and workers. if you're not included in the little circle they have, your job won't be enjoyable. i truly, truly advise you to continue job hunting, because kozmic korner is not the greatest. they value parents happiness over workers. not all money is good money. and most of their positive reviews online are from long time employees at the company. read more

I have had countless problems at this center. My child has been bitten, hit, scratched and headbutted by children much older than her. When I asked staff about what was happening they were very rude and did not know how to communicate what was going on. I then called Kozmic Korner's corporate office where I spoke with the owner, who was placing blame instead of handling the situation. I was also informed that because I made a complaint my child is no longer able to attend which is perfectly fine. I had no intention on allowing her to come back because the next time maybe worse. As a parent I have a right to ask about my child's safety and there shouldn't be any issuses. But not at Kozmic Korner where a paycheck is more important or and chatty inappropriate conversation in front of multiple children is accepted. I suggest to anyone who is thinking about enrolling their child here to do their research and be very careful. read more

My 18 month old son has been attached and bitten on numerous occasions buy the same child who is older then my child under the care of Kozmic Korners careless staff. After the 5th incident report in a month and a half for being bitten. I choose to call the Akron Sheriff's department and have them meet me at the daycare center to mediate the sitauion since they have yet to remove the aggressive student around my child, refuse to suspend the child for behavior issues, or set up and parent teacher conference with both parents to figure out a solution. Upon my arrival to meet the officers Mrs.Jenna the night director threatens to call the police on me because I told her I would like to speak with the child's parent and that I would wait until she arrives and the officer. When they arrived the questioned the procedure of the daycare and what precautions have been taken to prevent my some from having nymore incidences she was not able to provide any information to them to the point where the sherrifs we're completely on my side and my husband's side. After taking to the sheriff's and then Mrs.Jenna call the owners Barbara J. Hanna and her daughter co-owner Kim they informed us that they will nolonger provide service to my children because of my complaint to a higher power. Need I remind that I pay a weekly copay every week on Monday that is to cover my children for the entire week of care and also a yearly registration fee that is to cover their enrollment for the year. Well that registration fee that was suppose to be cover my children was just paid in September of 2018 and the copay that was paid this week will not be refunded when the owners and director are choosing to terminate our services at their own will with no cause. read more
