Thankfully, Fandom K was all over our social medias. This little gem carries an abundance of items relating to the K-Pop genre but also specializes in items only found in Korea & Japan. Pricing is kind of high depending on what you are purchasing but I didn't expect anything less since the shop offers items that aren't normally available in the US. I've barely begun to dip my toe into deep appreciation of physical music mediums, and accompanied my wife here on her birthday search for a few specific vinyls and CDs. My search was narrow, hoping for a Odesza vinyl. I found two vinyls from the A Moment Apart album I was in search for with one being a used copy in a deep sea foam color while the other was a clear vinyl. Because I knew nothing about vinyls, I went to the front desk where Kelly took the time to show me how; 1) properly remove vinyls from their sleeve, 2) the direction to clean vinyls using a microfiber cloth, 3) check downs to go through when inspecting a used vinyl, and 4) in why's behind inspecting vinyls the way she recommended. In taking the time to show me how to check 3 separate clearance vinyls, I felt even more stoked about my Odesza used vinyl find as it was fun colored vinyl not yet in our collection and in beautiful condition. I guess it was time that I actually came and visited the shop. Since I was pretty familiar with the location, finding the store was a breeze and local. Was pretty excited to come and check out the physical location not gonna lie. When I stepped into the shop, I was immediately surprised on the size of the store and how much stock they carry. There were albums all along the wall, from the floor to the ceiling. Some tables in the middle of the store with albums and other smaller items at and behind the counter. Being my first time there, I wanted to browse around. I started looking for my favorite artists. Although I am not sure how their albums are set up, I did manage my groups without any assistance. Since I was there to pick up my preorders I spoke to the person behind the counter. The lady helped me grab my items and I was pretty much on my way out in no time. Okay cool, my daughter finds the photo cards she wants & instead of wasting 10 minutes browsing looking for an item I asked "do you have photo card holding albums" . In which the response I was met with was a rude "look yourself" . Just flat out rude. There was so many other ways she could've addressed it. " No I don't have that item" would've been sufficient enough. Don't plan on returning because of this experience, a real bummer for my daughter as she's been looking forward to this.
