    Salmon sushi
    Marni M.

My friends and I stoped by as we were in the area. They were an hour from closing so the kitchen had done their last call but was still waiting to take our order. Only my friend was hungry so he got two orders of salmon sushi which we liked. For drinks we tried their Lychee martini and Bahama Breeze. The martini was good but strong! The Bahama was almost like a piña colada but not as creamy. Overall we had a good experience. Staff were super nice and checked on us as they were also closing down the bar. Seems like a place locals like to come too. I'd like to come again when their regular menu is available to order from as well.

Bit disappointed here ordered the kimchi potstickers it did not have kimchi in it. Fried calamari had minimal flavor slat and pepper shrimp had no flavor rubbery sushi was terrible After getting seated waited over 10 minutes for the waitress there's no one here took a photo of the place the one waitress that's was serving the people who were behind us is sitting in the booth with them talking about nonsense and then continue to go over to them and chat while more guest come in the other waitress is on her own definitely would not return

Great place and close to home. The hostess and waitress was nice. Tv's all around the restaurant for your favorite game to watch. The food was good also the drinks were phenomenal. Will be back to try their other dishes. First come first serve. They only take reservations for a party of 6 or more.

    Crab Rangoon pizza

Today I visited a new spot called K-pub kitchen and bar. It's a fusion between a sports bar and Asian food restaurant and honestly after eating here I feel like they should be mutually exclusive. Overall the general dining experience wasn't anything amazing... Just kind of your average sports bar serving Asian fusion dishes so this is probably just going to be a quick review. For appetizers, we had the K-pub Spicy Wings. These wings were actually very solid. They had a nice tangy yet sweet taste very similar to a soy garlic glaze with hints of spice, the outer layer was crispy while the chicken inside remained moist. Next was one of the specialties of the restaurant, The GOON Burger. The name is inspired by the crab rangoon filling and the fried wonton that top the burger patty. Does it mix...kinda. It's a combination that may not suit everyone. I also got a side of fried pork gyoza, which brought a plate of 6 classic dumplings filled with ground pork and cabbage. Now I'm the type of guy who likes to try a rice dish from every Asian restaurant I visit. Luckily, this kimchi fried rice with bacon was super solid. The rice was very loose with a firm texture, every bite had flavor with equal distribution of veggies and meat. Great taste, great rice. This next item, this was the main reason I came here and I gotta tell you... What a let down, this crab rangoon pizza didn't really have much to say for itself. No real flavor, just kind of dough with some toppings on top, nothing really rangoon about this besides the name. Overall this spot was just another sports pub. Would I recommend this place? At the off chance you're craving a beer and some Asian fusion I say go for it, service is great and there's definitely a nice atmosphere to the place. However don't expect an amazing culinary experience, it's good bar food. Items I recommend: K-pub spicy wings, Kimichi fried rice

Went for some apps and drinks and it was great! Got Korean wings, sushi (there's so many options!), and gyoza and they were fantastic! Service was friendly and timely. Don't have great pics because we ate it all so fast. Would come again!

Always consistent at KPub. The food and the service is always good. Beware the top shelf Mai Tai; delicious but deadly.

A Great Old-School Chinese Food Find…read more I've lived near Red Rose Chinese Food for as long as it's been open, but somehow I had never tried it. Honestly, I wish I had sooner! I was looking for two things that have become surprisingly hard to find these days: Peking ravioli and moo shu pork--the old-school American Chinese food I remember. I've tried moo shu elsewhere where they served it with Mexican tortillas, which completely changes the dish, and I've had "Peking ravioli" that was basically just dumplings. I'm happy to say Red Rose gets both of these right! The Peking ravioli and moo shu were exactly what I was hoping for--traditional, old-school American Chinese food the way I remember it. We also ordered the boneless spare ribs, and everything was delicious. This is really more of a takeout spot than a sit-down restaurant, but that's exactly what we were looking for. We picked up our order, and it was ready quickly and packed really well. My only complaint: the large moo shu order was $17.95 and came with only 4 pancakes, even though the menu says 5. I definitely expected more than four for a large order. Overall, though, I was really pleased. It's great to find a place that still does these classic dishes the traditional American Chinese Food way. I'll definitely be back when I'm looking for these items... next to try is their egg foo young. Those are really the only dishes I get at no -traditional Chinese restaurants.

The flavor was on point. Serving size is smaller than compared to where we usually get our take out. I wasn't the biggest fan of the crab Rangoons as the filling was more sour than sweet and creamy. We also got the eggplant in lobster sauce, which was my boyfriends favorite. Their pork fried rice was was good. It didn't come over overly brown and oily like other places.
