There is an indoor glass greenhouse with a variety of plants that thrive in low light and high humidity. While not directly connected to the staff or store itself, knowing this makes me uncomfortable to support this franchise 100%. That being said I like the store for what it can offer, but if I was able to choose between a Michaels and a Hobby Lobby, I'm choosing Michaels because of the environment it holds over its female employees and those that it affects. Purchased over $1600 worth of items on 7-3-2026. was told in writing that the delivery would be on…read more7-16-26. I had to call the store to get a time frame of when the delivery was going to be and was told they needed to look into it and call me back. Half hour later I get a call from someone in Hudson and tells me "we screwed up" and can't make the delivery today but will be the first one tomorrow. Had I not called I would still be sitting here on the day it was supposed to be delivered waiting for it. 13 days and no one could have the mind set to call and let me know? I had to make the call to find out there was a problem. I thought I found the perfect store to decorate my new house but this has changed my mind. Will not be back!
