We started with a sangria, we had been in Spain the month before and wanted to relive that visit, we found the drink to be very authentic. We shared the cheese and salami appetizer and were very happy we did! It came bubbly hot with a delicious baguette. We were seated at the counter in front of the prep area. The pizzaiolo was very friendly and accommodating to my barrage of questions about the pizza ingredients and the dome oven. The pizza itself was fantastic, nice thin crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and ample tasty toppings. I would highly recommend Uno Venti and look forward to our next visit. The only thing that surpassed the food and atmosphere was our server, Kayla. Prompt, attentive, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. Great experience all around.
