If I could leave a negative review, I would. We thought we would buy our camper here because family did. Being our first purchase, we ignored red flags like defects others had in their trailers and no one answering the phone. They must be busy, COVID production sucks, the rationalizations went on. We went in person and hunted someone down. Sales person seemed kind, questions answered. We went home, decided to buy. Called. Called. No answer. Went back in person, found someone, bought. Was told truck needed special work. Paid for the work. Took the trailer home. Found issues. Went back in person, seller agreed to take back trailer. Took trailer back. Seller changed mind, now will only take on consignment. Here we go.... These people took the trailer apart and hid it in the back of the lot. We called for updates. No answer. Called and asked if we should go down on the price. No answer. Called and asked if we should sell on our own. I'm sure you're getting where this is going... We finally took the trailer back after threatening lawsuit. Listed it on Craigslist and IT SOLD IN FOUR HOURS. These people did nothing but take our monthly payment as a consignment fee. The bonus? The "work" they did on our truck was downright dangerous. When we had a legit company remove the modifications, they asked who did them because they wanted to make sure to steer their customers away. No problem gentlemen, let me give you the info. Our entire family has moved on from the trash they purchased here and every single one of them has spread the word. If you value your safety and your family, don't use. Stay away. Solid F- for communication and work product. Literally awful. Calls will not be returned and expensive vehicle damaged. We went to Kramer's to look at one specific camper. The staff was friendly and immediately knew which RV we were wanting to see. The salesman was not intrusive and let us look inside and out, and answered our questions. We asked him for an RV that for our requirements as we weren't thrilled with the one we originally were there to see. He said he might have something but it wasn't 100%, but we looked anyways. No pressure at all to look at something we weren't interested in. No sales pitch, no trying to get our information for a mailing list. If there is a camper that fits the bill of what we are looking for on the future on their lot, I would 100% go back. read more

Took trailer in for what I was sure was refrigerator issue. They tested everything and found the problem quickly. Not fridge at all but a wiring problem. Fixed it perfectly and back to me in a couple days. Saved me time and money! Highly recommend and so happy!! read more

Wonderful family run business located in Zion. They treat everyone like family whether or not you buy from them. There is NO pushy sales approach here at all. No up sale pressure is ever applied. The service department is also very good. They are reliable to the point that I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, what they say needs to be done is exactly what needs to be done. Our most recent experience with the service department is a prime example. Had a slide-out issue that was a combination of mechanical and electrical. The only real delay was waiting for the needed mechanical parts to get in. Once it was in, they fixed it and tested it every which way they could to ensure the problem was truly repaired. I must admit I was expecting a very high bill considering what needed to be done but was very surprised at how low it actually was. And to the folks that say you get what you pay for, Kramer's Kampers stands behind their work. read more

NO STARS !!! Started dealing with Kramers Kampers back in 2000 when it was run by Mom and Dad. Back then customer service was awesome and we were dedicated loyal customers. In the last 5 years we have spent a lot of money, plus the 1 hour drive to be treated poorly and received poor quality service. For the last 3 years when we have called (believe me when I say numerous times) I am always told they are busy, but will call me back. Still waiting bout the call backs they promised. I was stuck out West with no truck lights or camper electrical system last year that I had to pay someone else to correctable and I still have no reply to the daily phone calls I left. Gee, they were eager to take my money. PS: who is erasing all the Yelp reviews cause I'm not the only one screwed by them. read more

Everyone at Kramers Kampers has been great - from an initial discussion at an RV show, through the whole sales process, and most recently - I was blown away when I returned months later and they not only knew and remembered me and what I needed before I opened my mouth - they remembered details of my kids and asked about them. The service has been impressive with every single interaction, they guided us to the right camper and didn't "sell" us on anything, and it is so evident that they care about their customers and what they do. That matters a ton with an investment like this size. And on that note, they gave us more than fair deal on the camper. Based on my family's experience thus far, we are customers for life. For anyone who owns a camper or RV of any sort, NEVER EVER take IT TO KRAMERS KAMPERS IN ZION!!! I have never received such poor customer service in my entire life. They have had our pop up for 12 days now for a repair that should have taken 1 day and no one can tell us why, but we do no it is still not done. Matter of fact we were promised last Monday that it would be finished by the weekend but never heard back. We called today (Saturday) and were told they hadn't even looked at it, it may get done next week and that they don't make any guarantees about how long their service may take. read more

I purchased a popUp camper and paid 42% down. They were to install brakes on the camper within a week. After 2.5 weeks I have made over half-a-dozen calls. They have returned none. I have postponed my trip twice. I would not do any business with this "family run" company. Obviously they do not value their customers. Took my RV there for a fridge recall. Did not buy my RV from them (they don't sell the brand I have). Treated me very well and processed the warranty recall work without question or any issue whatsoever. Scheduling was a breeze and the work done was well above average. I'd for sure work with them again if given the chance. read more
