Put a 93 GMC camper van from them for 33,000 out the door 20 year-old bad tires he sent me driving on could've died batteries underneath the seat they didn't check. They were melting letting off toxic fumes as I'm sending out all these reviews all over making them shorter, cause it's tiring and really does no good but engine lights on brake lights on windshield washer fluid doesn't work both air conditioners broke. I mean I can go on and on it is what it is. They're liars bad people let me on for nine months if we're gonna fix it fix it fix it. They didn't do nothing. They're just their liars. Scammers!!! Beware!!! They came out to look at our RV. After they inspected underneath, our RV started making noises. Then they lowballed us. We sold our RV to them for practically nothing. The most honest and caring business I have ever dealt with in my life! After we put a deposit on the vehicle, they insisted on inspecting and repairing anything they could find, at no increased cost to the agreed-upon price, before they would let us take possession of the RV. Then they prepped the vehicle like it was brand new. Very fair pricing, but the real deal here is the genuine concern that their customers be safe and happy with their purchase. They have a lot of inventory, though that inventory turns over quickly, so be sure to let them know what you're looking for so they can let you know if something becomes available. The brothers who run Petite RV and do all the make-ready work know camper vans inside and out -- as they should, given that their parents started this Class B business in the 1970s. They are extremely honest in every possible way, not to mention refreshingly customer service oriented at a moment when RV dealers tend to treat customers like expendable trash. If you are in the market for a Class B RV I highly recommend using Petite RV. They are an honest and genuine family owned business, while there I met two of the three brothers and their father, they were all very friendly and professional. I worked with Ed through my buying process, I am from New York, and this was my first RV purchase so I had a lot of questions for him, he answered each question thoroughly. They were very honest about the RV and they also offered up the option of sending the van to a local shop (of my choosing) before we flew out there so a mechanic could give the vehicle a full inspection before we drove it from IL to NY, which I took them up on. They handled making the appointment with the auto shop and drove the van over to them. Needless to say, the shop thought the van was very solid and the only issues were with the windshield wipers and spray nozzle for the window washer fluid (it is a '94 but has definitely been taken care of), once Ed found this out he replaced the wipers and nozzle with no charge to me. Once we actually got to the RV dealership Ed went through the RV with me very thoroughly and showed me each and every RV component and how it works. They have a wonderful and top-notch inventory of Class B RVs that goes beyond the inventory they show online, so I am sure they have something for everyone with a full range in prices. After we left the dealership, fully comfortable with my purchase, the van drove like a dream all the way home! I am very glad that I decided to do business with Petite and I would highly recommend giving them your business if you are in the market for a Class B RV. Even though there is not a whole lot online regarding their business/customers reviews, do not let this deter you! They do things the old fashioned way, which includes personable professional business!
