If you are new to RV'ing, as experienced ones will attest, you will be back at some point for service. Doesn't matter what class or brand you buy.....it will happen. And the upshot is, an RV manufacturer warranty is only as good as the DEALER you buy it from. I cannot stress this enough. For those wanting more details on our experience...read on. But in summary, Roskopfs backs their product like no other, even years after purchase. My family and I purchased our first RV in 2019 from Roskopf's, acting on the many recommendations that I received. Roskopf's advertises themselves as the value leader, and I believe that sums up our experience with them perfectly. Working with both Corey and Gary Roskopf was a comfortable no pressure experience. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming. I left the dealership feeling strongly that I made the right decision to buy with them given their reputation, built over several decades, for backing the products they sell. As far as price is concerned, I've been known to hop on a plane to another state to purchase an vehicle to save $$. Fortunately Roskopf's price was very competitive. That said if places like camping world was several thousands cheaper, in hindsight I would still choose Roskopfs. Because I know when something goes wrong it'll end up costing more in the long run because you'll end up being out of pocket for the repairs and/or missing a trip (and likely deposit $$) due to long repair lead times. Since 2019 we've driven our RV across the country twice and up and down Wisconsin dozens of times visiting state parks. There have been manufacturing related issues from poor seals to under manufactured frame components. Each time, Brian and his service team was there to save the day. And with the all the miles driven and family memories cultivated, these issues never once kept us from our travels and/or put a dent in our pocketbook. And the upgrades I've had their team install were very reasonable. I've learned that recently Roskopfs was purchased by Campers Inn. My business will remain here with Brian and Gary staying on along with their mentality that customer is at the very center of their business. Call me a fanboy, but through hard work and good business practices Brian and Gary have earned my loyalty.

He was clearly having a rough day but it happens! Special order will arrive in 3 days and I am excited to see it! They have a membership deal which is attractive but I don't think it would make sense for me at this time.

I should have read the reviews zero stars…read more I made an appointment to drop my 2024 Grand Design travel trailer off on March 31 at Camping World in Sturtevant, WI to have the wheel bearings repacked and slide out maintenance. The cost for the bearing repack was $369.17. I thought this would be pretty straightforward. 10 days later they let me know the work was complete and I picked up the trailer. After a 1 hour drive to get home with horrible gas mileage I noticed two of the metal grease caps had fallen off while I was checking the tire pressure. My tires were under inflated by 20 psi each. I called the store and made another appointment to get the caps fixed. I was told replacing the grease caps was not included in the maintenance that had been done and I would have to pay for new grease caps to be installed. I was told the caps would be ordered and I would get a call when they were in. In the meantime we took a short 1 hour trip in the travel trailer and the other caps fell off. We took the travel trailer to the dealership on May 10, 2026 as it was on our way home and were told the parts had not yet been ordered but they would get on it. During the interaction the counter personnel implied that the caps were known to be defective, that they couldn't get the original caps anymore and they had no caps on hand at the service center. None of that was communicated to us at the time of service. They stated once again they would order caps and call me when they were in stock. At this point it was a month since I had first picked up the trailer and let them know the caps were falling off. I called the dealership again on the 12th to check and was told the caps had been ordered, they were expecting them and we could have the caps installed on May15th. I talked to an ASE certified mechanic friend who chuckled and told me there was nothing special about the caps and I could pick them up from any automotive store or get them on Amazon, so I ordered 4 caps and got them the next day so I would have a set if I needed them. I took the trailer in for my appointment. I was told to park it and they would get to it the following week because the parts were still not in. I showed them my caps and asked them to install them. I was told they did not have the time and I would have to leave the trailer again. Note, it is a 1 hour drive from home each way with gas prices what they are right now. I asked for a manager and was told no one was available. At this point I had had enough. I took the trailer home, remove the tires and replaced the caps myself, which I should have done in the first place. On Saturday the 16th I got a call from the operations director apologizing for the miscommunication and she told me she would personally order new caps. I told her I was surprised as I had been told repeatedly that the caps had been ordered already and I was supposed to have had the caps replaced Friday but due to the parts not being in and no maintenance person available I was supposed to wait until Tuesday to pick it up with the new caps, but I took it back home and did it myself. Thankfully I have learned my lesson not to use Camping World for service. We were planning a trip to Yellowstone and no longer had time to waste on Camping Worlds' shenanigans. Lessons learned: 1. Bearing service is offered but they don't have any spare parts on hand. 2. You won't get a call back when promised. 3. They will lie to you about ordering parts.

Salesperson Chris. Chris was honest and not pushy, very laid back but speedy to answer all questions. Chris returned my emails, calls and texts (and there were many of them) morning, nights and even on a Sunday. I felt he really tried hard, to get us the RV we wanted and within our budget. He kept an eye out for incoming RV's that fit our parameters. He brought the RV's located at Rockford, that we were seriously interested in seeing, to the Wadsworth location. Which was so convenient. Business manager Darwin, got us a great rate. He beat the best rate I found online and I'm an excellent searcher. He's been in the business for a long time. He is the person to talk details with, about price, payments etc. once you have made a choice or close to making a choice. Chris our Salesman however, did a lot of back and forth with Darwin, then back to us, to see if the numbers were close enough to what we could afford and what we would need for down payment. He will ask you if you want coverage and services like maintenance or paint protection or fabric protection, tire coverage, road service and more. I wasn't prepared or researched on all that, and in my excitement, we may have gotten them all. : ) Service Department! Oh my gosh....we love Ken and the service team. Efficient, honest, timely, answers questions and checks things out on our RV when needed. Whether I am just worrying for nothing or I have a more pressing issue. I wanted this 2nd RV to be cared for this service team at I94 RV ( Collier RV Sky Harbor ) I need honest correct info when there's a problem because I don't have money to throw around for misdiagnosis or shoddy work. Great family run business, upbeat place and nice vibe. These employees are good, friendly people. Vicki the administrative assistant will greet you with a genuine, friendly hello when you come inside. She makes you feel comfortable and welcome and at ease. If you're cruising by I94 and Russell Rd, the Stateline, go in and peruse the smallest to the largest. It's so fun to check out how cool these things are no matter what size! They are possibly more affordable then you think.

I get a call from Ken the service manager stating someone stole the catalytic converter along with 24 others overnight. Seriously? 24 in one knight? Complete negligence for people's very expensive RV's on their property. I have more cameras in/on my home which would detect anything. Your going to tell me the 24 saws alls going for hours didn't attract any attention? They told me to call my insurance company as they are not liable. They were in possession and had the keys. Oddly enough we didn't sign any paperwork when we dropped it off. May or may not have disclaimers. THEN they give us an estimate of about 5K to fix it including six hours of labor. They got us a non OEM catalytic converter. We took the RV out of the with it off and will have it fixed elsewhere. Not implying anything but 24 in one night in what is supposed to be a secure lot, then charging each owner Almost 5K to fix it? You can come to your own conclusions. I had to pay my insurance deductible and think it's bs. NEVER going back there for anything. EVER. Wait until the other 23 start writing their review when the get their RV's out if there
