It's a very nice nail salon, clean and nicely decorated. I got to meet the owner Patricia, she is very nice and knowledgeable. Julie was my nail tech. She did a fabulous job on my nails. I had the builder gel done on my hands and decided to get a gel pedicure also. Both were amazing. They did an impeccable job, removed my cuticles, cleaned my nails and took their time. Some may think it's pricey, but if you want a job well done that's going to last, it's worth the investment. I highly recommend this place.

I came in with Gel-X nails and was told they needed to remove the entire set before doing my nails. During the removal process, the nail tech completely tore up my natural nail beds. She was so rough that one of my nails was literally BLEEDING after being ripped away from the nail bed. She also cut my cuticles terribly, leaving them sore and looking awful. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. When she applied the new nails, several were visibly SIDEWAYS. I pointed this out and asked her to fix them, and she told me she would file them straight afterward. They still were not straight. The extensions also weren't placed close enough to my nail bed, leaving a visible line/gap that she then attempted to paint over instead of correcting. Throughout the appointment, I kept pointing out things that were wrong and asking her to fix them, but nothing was actually being corrected. Eventually, I was so frustrated and upset that I told her to just take them off because I could already see how badly they were turning out. I specifically explained that I WORK ON CAMERA selling diamonds, so my hands and nails are shown CLOSE-UP on camera for my job. Having my nails look clean and professional isn't just a preference for me - I literally need my hands to be presentable for work. I had to go to work after this appointment, which made the entire situation even more upsetting. Then, after all of this, they still expected me to pay. I told them I was not paying for work that looked like a toddler had done it, especially after I had repeatedly communicated my dissatisfaction throughout the service and had been physically hurt during the process. Instead of acknowledging what happened or trying to resolve the situation professionally, I was personally insulted and accused of having "come with the intention not to pay." That was absolutely humiliating. I had sat there repeatedly asking for things to be corrected, had my natural nails damaged to the point of BLEEDING, glue was left ALL OVER my hands, wasted my time, and was already extremely upset about having to go to work with my hands looking like this -- and somehow they turned it into an attack on my character. What an embarrassment for a business that is supposed to provide a beauty service and make its clients feel good when they leave. I genuinely left IN TEARS. I've never felt so embarrassed, frustrated, and ashamed walking out of a place that's supposed to make you feel beautiful. Between damaging my natural nails, cutting my cuticles, applying the nails incorrectly and crooked, the nails lifting off the nail bed, leaving glue all over my hands, ignoring my repeated requests to fix them, wasting my time, and then personally insulting me when I refused to pay for unacceptable work, this was easily one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. Tina is meticulous, professional, neat and personable. I really enjoyed her services. Not only did she put me at ease, she made sure to read notes I had submitted with my appointment and then asked me further questions which had her off to a great start. I appreciated that she listened. Some salons rush you through only to hurt your damaged area more. Tina did not do that. Even though I had a request to remove acrylic nails and that's not a typical service she does, she accommodated my request. She was aware and cautious not to over manipulate or even accidentally apply product to a damaged nail that I arrived with. She showed that damaged nail extra love by applying an antibiotic cream & bandaging it! She was thorough and hospitable. She also worked fast to remove my acrylic nails even though it was not a well done job by the previous nail technician. She expressed that she didn't want to waste my time. From start to finish, I was in & out of her salon in 1.5 hours. For 2 services, I'd say that's great!
