Great outdoor space. Contemporary exhibits can be found inside. A variety of classes and workshops are available. Plus free community events in St. Joe and Benton Harbor on a regular basis.

I loved Carole Feuerman's work. She is recognized as a sculptor who started the Hyperrealism movement in the late seventies with Hanson and De Andrea. With a career spanning over four decades, she has produced a rich body of work by combining steel, bronze, and resin, with more unconventional media. All around a great place, and a must see, wish it was much, much bigger.

I little gem of a museum. I stopped by while they were showing works by the members. Painting, sculpture, photography and more were being shown, and of quite a high quality. Their Art Lab had an interactive Harmonograph where I got to make my own drawing. There's no charge to see the museum, donations are accepted.

So glad we had the chance to check out Pete Souza's exhibition and it was truly amazing.

There is a large bar and they have an extensive list of rotating taps of house-brewed microbrews. My husband had the Livery Lite, reasonably priced at $5. I had the house made seltzer with blueberry lemonade flavor. They are known for their pizzas, so we each ordered a slice. My husband had an Italian Sausage and I have Goat Cheese with Herbs. The slices were large, but the pizza was disappointing. It was a thin, crispy crust with seasoning. Since the pizza was already made and being warmed in a warmer the flavors were not as robust and the cheese was not melted or gooey. If the pizza was fresh from the oven I am sure it would have been better. There is a large indoor space and outdoor beer garden. There is a stage for live events.

The building is a cool very old brick maybe factory or warehouse of some type. Has that industrial look to it. We ordered at the bar and our bartender was very friendly and offered us to try some beers. I had the IPA and my wife had the wheat, and both were excellent! They have a large selection for any palate, and wine too. They have a great food menu but we did not try anything. I saw on Facebook where they make asparagus soup! If in the area and need some food and beer, give them a try. They get bands throughout the year, and the variety sounded good.

The first thing you notice is that they use the space very well. You walk into it and there's a refreshment area with a few options at very reasonable prices. After that there's some merchandise for sale as well. Once you go into the theater there's lots of available seating around. It's a black box style theater, with the audience pretty close to the stage, which is nice. The performance itself was top notch! Clybourne Park was funny & poignant, with a minimalist stage. The acting really brought all the characters to life. The theater seems to be doing a lot of great things for the community. They have a camp for kids in the summer and Paul, the stage director seems to have a promising vision for the future of the space. Can't wait to see what's in store for this theater in the years to come.
