When I submitted an appeal explaining the error, their entire response was a dismissive, one-sentence reply: "You do not qualify for this building." No breakdown, no transparency, zero professional due diligence.I escalated the issue to their Complaint Office with full proof: updated standard paystubs and an official letter from my employer confirming my actual annual salary, well below the 40% AMI limit. The compliance team completely ignored the updated employer documentation and upheld the denial anyway.Because of this team's complete refusal to fix an internal calculation mistake, I lost out on an affordable home I fully qualified for. Dealing with them is like talking to a brick wall. If you're assigned Reside New York for a lottery, triple-check their math and document everything in writing immediately.Instead of fixing an obvious mistake, their staff took my dispute personally and seemed more interested in defending their error than doing their job.When I pointed out the calculation discrepancy, the tone shifted immediately from professional to defensive.
