Rob was extremely detailed and meticulous, had specialized equipment to gather and document his findings, and still made time to answer my questions (though we respected his time as well to keep on schedule). After the inspection, Rob used a handy software-based tool with all his documented findings, images, and descriptions. It was very easy to export a PDF report or filter + make notes. Rob also made time to review the report with us and helped us prioritize the most impactful repairs upfront to get our house up to our standards! A receptacle in the enclosed patio wasn't working. He didn't seem to know what a in ceiling large vent was for. He didn't point out the corrosive bathroom faucets. The cost of this inspection was at least $200+ more than hiring an independent contractor to do the inspection. I wouldn't use them again. Didn't feel it was worth the extra money.
