Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. The hot tub water looked disgusting I didn't even realize how bad it was until I put my feet out . It was cloudy and dirty, and I almost threw up when I saw it up close. To make things worse, a member even told me I should've washed up before using it something that clearly isn't being enforced, given the condition of that water. I ended up leaving right away and even took a picture because it was that bad. Now my foot has been itching ever since, and I'm honestly concerned it might be a reaction or even a fungus. This was beyond disappointing for a gym that charges premium rates. I really hope management takes better care of their facilities because this was unacceptable.

The owner was bullish, sexist, and spouted some very bizarre statements that almost bordered on conspiracy theories (the NOAA one was my favorite). He once made a joke about his pregnant wife being a broken sandwich maker and when no one laughed, he doubled down and re-explained the "joke". Very cool, dude. The owner wrote workouts for himself and himself only and became oddly competitive with anyone he thought he *should* be able to beat. Once watched him lift way too much weight, hurt his back, and rack himself all in a span of 20 seconds all because another dude was lifting more than him. Hilarious that he also harassed another member for wearing a weight belt but, yanno, break ya spine because ego. Super embarrassing for a gym owner. The gym itself was ok - equipment was hella used and I had the odd suspicion that he had no plans to update anything. Classes were tight and crammed and honestly, he was not a great coach for anyone more experienced. Dude was completely checked out so, again, not surprised this place closed.

They welcome absolutely anyone, regardless of your fitness level! There are plenty of people that are members whom are extremely new to fitness and then there are others whom are natural athletes, there is a great mixture of all fitness levels and it's an extremely encouraging and positive environment. The owners and the coaches are all very knowledgeable. The facility has plenty of equipment and is very well kept. If you have any hesitation about trying out crossfit, I'd stay quit that hesitation nonsense and just do it. The coaches and members here are all great people and provide endless support. You will feel a part of the family instantly. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

For any beginners, you're able to have a free intro class to understand 1) how to best use the reformer, and 2) understand general modifications you can make when starting out (e.g., if you need a waffle mat to help stabilize your core while on the reformer). Some of my favorite classes include the hybrid classes or the Barre class. At times, I feel that the mat Pilates works my core even more than the reformer, making the stretch reformer Pilates classes great on my "off" days.

But Fiona completely changed my mind. She was so in tune with what we needed as a group and created an experience that supported both my physical and mental well-being. When I first started going my monthly payment was $29.98/ Month. I am now paying $45.98/m... Ridiculous! That's a 53.37% price hike and 12.68% A YEAR while the gym stays the exact same. Thats not inflationary... that's swindling your loyal patrons. In fact, the gym is slowly getting worse as machines break and take forever to get fixed. At this point I am looking into a premium gym since I'm basically paying a premium to go to a golds gym. I encourage everyone to keep an eye on your payments/ price hikes cause they'll keep taking advantage of us as long as we let it happen.
