Lights are about the same, jump out while you're wet and wave your arms around. I have been here a week and haven't seen any activities like in the past. They used to have pool tournaments once a week it was a really enjoyable group of folks when I visited. Now if you want to play a game of pool. You have to call and have someone come and unlock the pool balls. They used to have corn hole bag toss get togethers as well. I don't see any of those gatherings and meeting new folks like in the past. Im sure it's a difficult task being kid friendly and trying to appeal to us folks that are here to have some adult time and relax. My over all experience this time staying here. So if you are looking for the campground experience with fellow vacationeers, this isn't the place. Trailer Park would be a more apt description. Park was tidy and restrooms were clean but the WiFi was non-existent at our site. Our site, D4 was a narrow strip of gravel and the rear of our trailer was 2 feet from the rear of the trailer behind us. Not much value for $170 bucks (included tax) for 2 nights.

Full service sites. Three nice bathroom/shower combo's although one was out of service while I was there. For size of park, not enough bathrooms. Lines each morning. Nice people in front office, dumpsters conveniently located. Nice little dog park with some turf and a bit of shade. Poop bag dispensers and waste cans conveniently placed. Ground was clean. Everyone I met at dog park was friendly and picked up after their dogs. Facility also has a. Umber of tiny homes for rent on property. Because of traffic, it's a bit of a haul into Sedona, but this is about as close as you can get with full service sites. I'll be back

This park is a permanent resident rv park with all locals with local jobs in that park. He has made everyone in that park take down all of their sheds and get rid of them all. This includes the elderly and people who have been at that park for years and years. The new owner is not cool at all!!!! I would definitely not recommend this RV park solely based on uncaring ownership/management, especially towards the elderly with minimum means!!!
