Great health conscious spot in Arts District! I've been here many times and one of my favorite snacks in the world is their banana nut bread. They sell it in a single slice ($4) so you don't have to worry about eating a whole loaf yourself. But trust me, you'd want to. My most recent try is their magik matcha + oats; basically matcha chia seed overnight oats. I was debating between the regular overnight oats and this one and the cashier recommended the matcha. I'm so glad I got it because it is delicious! Creamy and the matcha wasn't bitter at all, just a hint of sweetness with goji berries on top. Highly recommended. If you can avoid this particular location please do and save yourself a headache. The other locations seem to be better or other juice bars all together have better service. Long read: Personally, I'm avoiding this location after a very unpleasant interaction with the shift lead 'M' (who previously misrepresented herself as the store manager. Mind you the calls are supposed to be recorded for "quality purposes "). The issue involved an initial order in which 'M' accidentally gave a delivery driver another customer's order instead of mine. When I reported the issue to Postmates they initially denied the refund so I decided to call the store in the off chance that perhaps they still had my order. That's when 'M' informed me about the mix up. Since the order I had received was a couple bottles juice for a cleanse (totaling under $65) I thought maybe there's a possibility they'll want it back and could drop off my order (2 smoothies totaling about $20). Unfortunately, as I had half expected 'M' said they could not do that. Which is fine because I thought I'd just asked. 'M' said she would refund the order on her end and that I could keep the juices, although she claimed she was going to be out of over $100 dollars due to the mix up. After 'M' stated the juices were mine to keep I gave them away to my coworkers to avoid them going to waste. She had also stated she was going to refund the order on her end so I decided to resubmit the request to Postmates and this time they did grant the refund. At this point it had been about an hour since the first issue. I decided to reorder my smoothies and a few minutes later 'M' calls and dictates that I give the juices to the new delivery person because she was going to request they go back to the store after dropping off my order. I informed her that unfortunately because I though I was not going to get a refund and because SHE had previously stated the juices were mine to keep that I had given them away. She then caught an attitude and ask if I thought it was fair she was going to be out over $100 (mind you she had previously admitted to messing up the initial order. Plus the total of both orders was at most $85). I reiterated that I gave away the items because she had said that the items were mine to keep and also because I didn't think I was getting a refund from Postmates. She wanted to keep arguing and kept asking if I thought it was fair she was going to be out over $100. She then threatened that because I didn't return the items she was no longer issuing the refund (which was weird because Postmates had already refunded me). I didn't want to continue the back and forth so I asked for her name and asked for the manager name which she gave and said she was the manager, so I asked for the district manager at which point she stated she was actually the shift lead and said to just forget about the ordeal that she was going to issue the refund after all even though she was loosing over $100. I once again asked for the districted manager's name which she said was A Benavides. I also asked for his office number but she said she could only give his email. Afterwards, I tried emailing but the email was incorrect or nonexistent. I then submitted the unpleasant encounter through the pages "contact us" section. I also found the customer service email "support@kreationjuice.com" and after a week, I have not even received a reply acknowledging that they received it. I would have appreciated if customer service had replied to state that they would review the situation to hopefully avoid the unpleasant service provided in the future. But because they apparently don't care about the quality of their service or employees misrepresenting themselves I'm leaving a review of the situation in hopes that others avoid this store so that they don't have to go through similar awful experiences. read more

I came here around 5:30pm on a Monday for their new matcha and bogo sale. I placed an order, selected my items, and was then told that they ran out of their matcha. I don't know how they get the recipe so creamy coming from someone who makes their own almond milk i'm wondering if there's hidden additives but definitely worth trying. Great spot. Went in a couple days ago. Amazing food, good samples, tastey food. I was visit the are for some medical reasons and after I went in to order some goodies. They crew helped me out, great service and ambiance. The only thing was that when I left they handed me my order and said it was good to go, I didn't double check it, and assumed it was good. I live outside of LA. Once on the freeway, I noticed I was missing 2 drinks. As I bought 4, breads, energy bars, pastas. I spent like 80-90. I was bummed out and far to go back. Decided to randomly stop by this place to get a few things to try! There was soooo many options to choose from. The heavy metal detox was good and had a nice flavor to it. The matcha was yummy!! I was definitely impressed. The chia pudding was also good it helped to add additional toppings like berries for me. The blenders weren't working or I don't remember exactly why but they were closed to make individual orders from there menu so it was all from the fridge section that was open. I enjoyed all the things I got from here, the only thing I would say is that it is super pricey!!! The smoothie was ready, but then took a few minutes for them to come out and say that they were out of strawberries for the other drink. They offered to substitute an ingredient, and suggest blueberries, we agreed and waited another 10 minutes. Go back in and see if it's ready, and they said that ours is coming up. Go back out and wait for several more minutes, go back and see if it's ready and they said it's coming up again, that they were a little backed up. So our order go pushed to the back of the line apparently since they were out of an ingredient. So waited another 10 minutes, and went back in and asked what is going on, why dod we get pushed behind everyone who came in after us? He then says that he cannot make our drink, even though he offered to substitute an ingredient. Asked for a refund. Very poor service, and you left my girlfriend without a drink. read more

Haven't been to all that many spots to pickup a smoothly around this part of LA, This was my first try and it didn't let me down. Defiantly will stop by again when in town! I got a penutbutter based custom smoothie and it was delicious and fresh. Came back about 29 minutes after and got a yellow color juice drink (turmeric based, if I remember right) and it came in a recycled glass bottle that you bring in with you when returning for a discount on your next juice. The only thing I didn't like was he opening/threads and caps band that's on the glass bottle has a flaw when drinking from the bottle. Staff have been nice especially when I have questions about some of the menu items that I'm uncertain of. Been here few times. I have tried several of their fresh juice and smoothies and they're great. I don't like their vegan Caesar wrap - it lacked flavor. I ordered a vanilla latte and it was disgusting, wasn't made right. I asked for money back but the worker said no. I couldn't even finish it. I wouldn't order it again. Inside is small and it has a lot of to-go items.
