Decided it was time to bring it in-house and started looking at DTF printers. Did a ton of research and kept seeing DTF Printer USA mentioned in forums. Called them up and talked to their sales guy for like an hour. He didn't try to oversell me or push the most expensive machine. Actually listened to what I needed and recommended a setup that made sense for my volume. Really appreciated that. Bought a DTF printer package from them - printer, RIP software, heat press, and all the supplies to get started. Everything arrived exactly when they said it would and was packed really well. The printer came pre-calibrated which saved me a huge headache. But here's the real kicker - their tech support is incredible. Had some issues getting the colors dialed in perfectly and they walked me through everything over the phone. Even did a video call to see my setup and help troubleshoot. Most companies would've just told me to read the manual. Been running the machine for about 6 months now and it's been solid. Quality is way better than what I was getting from my old supplier and my profit margins are so much better. The supplies they sell are good quality too - tried some cheaper powder from another vendor and immediately went back to theirs. Only complaint is shipping costs on supplies can add up, but the quality is worth it. Plus they're always available when I need help which is huge when you're trying to run a business. Already recommended them to two other shop owners I know. If you're thinking about getting into DTF or upgrading your equipment, these guys know their stuff and actually care about helping you succeed. Then I get an email 60 plus days later demanding payment of the first PO, which was a reorder(no set up), after they never set me pricing, for the new order.

After about 10 days I checked and the pending order on my card disappeared without notice (the card is fine, I use it daily).
