Customer service like that is rare, and he truly made my day. He definitely deserves a raise! I'll be coming back just because of how great the service was.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. And I don't think I've ever said that before. the associate started yelling at me and cursing at me and getting very "homegirl" with me... It was EXTREMELY odd. She even threatened me at one point.... Like trying to initiate a fight. I kept my composure and tone of voice the entire time because I really felt I was in the Twilight zone. Very very bizarre. It was very strange and she was at least 15 years younger than me. She charged me for some items that needed to be reversed and she didn't know how to do that. In the end, I had to wait about 15 days to get my money back and it was on my company card and company account so I had to later explain that to them. The associate above her came out and she was no better than kailyn. The way they treat their customers lets me know that this is something that happens quite often. There was just no real lever of responsibility or authority or dignity. The MAIN manager came out, (I don't remember her name), but she came out and helped the entire situation after I explained what happened. She said that they are not trained the behave as such and she's quite surprised that I experienced what I had. She said that she would handle the associate, Kailyn, afterwards. It was extremely strange what I experienced. If you don't have anybody that knows how to act in public they should not be behind a register the amount of insults I received from Kailyn was intolerable. I am going to have to contact corporate because I've never been verbally abused by a retail associate before... Especially after a mistake they did and for which never apologized.

Can't say much about the pricing unfortunately, as I'm not much of a figurine player- they seemed accurate to other places though- around 80$ for sets, 20-40$ for detailed figures, and around 20$ or less for some basic / premade figures. They had a section at the back near the game room with 15$ pre-primed figures for painting if you are just into painting figs too.

The actual gift shop does not charge an entrance fee. They do advertise and charge people an entrance fee when they have their craft fairs. The gift shop itself is actually a converted house. The employees are very nice and helpful. The Red Potato has a lot of every day gifts as well as seasonal stuff. They have items you probably won't find in the mall. The best deal we found was a Lenox cake/knife set we used for our daughter's wedding. It was a really good price. It's a drive out for most, but it's not a bad drive.

I have been here four of five times now in the last five months. The workers have been nice and are always stocking something or another in the store. It has never been as crowded as any of the other locations I have been to, but I love the layout of the store itself. It has an open concept design, with lower shelving and things organized in a very aesthetic feel (colorful rainbows, things unboxed and laid on displays, clear signs hanging from ceiling above sections to clearly show what is in each area.) There is a little studio in the very front of the store where mini classes could be held and was super cute. Directly when you walk in, there are seasonal items on display to the front and left of the doors. To the right of the entryway is the checkout lanes and the more themed seasonal decorations with more display shelves to give customers an idea of how the new seasonal decor can be used together to decorate your home (i.e. pink themed Halloween decorations or farmhouse Christmas.) I did not have anything for returns or curbside pickup here, so I cannot attest to the customer service of the managers here. There was always one person assigned to the cash register while the other employees busied themselves with unboxing or organizing, so checkout was always speedy. I did have issue with using my member rewards cash back thing in that it didn't get scanned correctly and I did not get to use my $5...but I do not know of that was a user error on my part or theirs. I had never used them in store before and it was a lot harder to claim than using it online, which was unfortunate. It should just show up in your wallet section like it does in other apps when you get cash rewards.

She states that she will not accept my return bc she can't find my receipt??? I told her store credit is fine for the lower amount as stated in company policy bc I have no use for these items anymore. She said she can refuse for whatever reason she wants.. so I asked what's her reason??! She said she didn't have to have one and it's in fine print on the website?? I could only wonder if I would've been treated differently if I were older and resembled her. Very disappointed in my customer service as I'm a long time shopper or Michael's. You really have to be careful who you hire because hobby lobby and Joanne's can definitely take my business. This location needs to value their customers. There is too much competition out here for y'all to give customers a hard time. They contradict store policy which is alarming.
