Me and my wife recently stopped here while we were in downtown Lockport. We passed by this place a few times and the place has great reviews but we were a bit saddened to learn that this place does not sell any sort of a freshers. It's mainly coffee and decaf options. Prices here are actually not bad at all. I love this local coffee shop! I am here on a Saturday morning while running errands in town. I order the chai latte! It was perfectly spiced. I love that they serve different kinds of milk alternatives. I order the macadamia milk, which paired well with the latte. There were two young ladies working behind the counter, but they completed all orders in a timely manner. I had to wait maybe 5 to 6 minutes for a my latte, which wasn't long at all in my opinion. I saw mixed reviews for this place so I had to stop in to see for myself, as a lover of coffee! Someone complained that they couldn't tell where the line was for the counter..... idk how they couldn't tell because it was pretty obvious. Staff is very friendly and kind! They have tables and chairs but it seems to be a popular place so most of the seats were filled.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I did find a spot at the window, but eating facing a window where people see you as they walk by isn't the best seating in the house....[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a cold brew with lavender. It was very sweet (too much for my liking but I guess some people like it very sweet) and I didn't like the flavor (that's probably my fault for thinking I would like lavender flavored.) I ordered a breakfast sandwich on waffles and it was so good! It was savory and sweet! It's a bit pricey though. My order was about 16 dollars. The coffee wasn't huge and I feel like I could get more coffee for that same price at Starbucks. However, I do see that a small business is gonna be a bit pricier so the business can stay afloat. The service here is abysmal. Small cramped space. To order. I stood there confused for a few mins. No hello. Nothing. I stood in line or what I thought was the line. Some guy walks in goes up to the register and they take their order. I go up to the register doing the same, completely ignored for a few mins. Lol. What a joke. I always tip a buck of two anyway just because I feel bad if I don't. Came here 4 times. Once a week as I get my haircut across the street. Every time, I come, these specialty drinks taste like coffee. That's it. No flavor. Today, I got the peppermint cold brew. Looked pretty but had just coffee flavor.
