My niece ordered a beautiful arrangement online and from out of town. What she ordered had red roses and white snapdragons. What I received looked like what they had left or remnants from the floor. Was an all white arrangement, several old looking white miniature roses, a cluster of white mums, some mini green mums and some greens. You can see for yourself in the picture. If you are looking for Valentines flowers to be delivered after the 14th - Kremp is for you! Their website will say you have successfully scheduled for the 14th and you will be reassured that it will happen - just like any other transaction. However at 11am on the 14th you will get an email saying they cannot deliver your flowers and they will deliver your Valentines gift on the 15th. They will have the Gaul to say they still have same day delivery available in Southeastern Pennsylvania... what does that do for anyone you sold flowers to in Austin, TX? These guys need to either fix their website to detail what the actual terms are - or stay out of other states. I would give a "ZERO" star if it was an option. Absolute fail. read more

I then get another email saying I owe another $15 because "my order did not meet the minimum for same day delivery" Totally infuriating as they already overcharge and the website gladly took my money and guaranteed delivery. For them to come back 2 days later and say I owe another $15 is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I was sending a gift to RI from PA. I ordered a lovely fruit basket to be delivered on Monday. On Tuesday at 11:30 AM, I get an email telling me their "affiliate in Wakefield" (which is not far from their stated location in Narragansett) doesn't deliver fruit baskets. So it's a day AFTER the basket was supposed to be delivered and they email this. I cancelled the order and called another florist in the area that scrambled with great hospitality and sent something out right away. I always shop small versus a chain but I should have known this was doomed from the start. First, I get an email that I need to spend $30 more on each arrangement for whatever reasons and that it will be designer's choice and I don't get to see anything. So now I am out $80 each arrangement + $16.99 delivery charge, and I don't even get confirmation of delivery. I called and the lady was so rude, was not even open to offering any solution and I had to call her to ask to send me pictures which "they can't". I googled 'Local Florists' and this company's website came up and their content alluded to them having a location there and so I placed a very expensive floral arrangement to be delivered to her and provided the local address and home and cell phone numbers of the resident with whom she was staying. My order was never delivered, and there was no attempt on this company's part two make contact with anyone including me. After further investigating, I discovered that Kremp Flowers is actually located in Willow Grove ,PA, that serves as a third-party ordering service that I was deceivingly, unaware of. Consequently, my bank refunded me the amount that had been charged to my credit card. This company does not deserve any stars but Yelp requires at least on star. read more

I want a FULL refund! I ordered there "Rustic Violet Planter" for my Grandmother's 90th birthday. Hoping she would have her favorite flowers to look at while in quarantine in her nursing home. My boyfriend ordered the "Boxed Roses" with 18 long stem roses. The bouquet arrived wrapped in one clear cellophane and a red ribbon where I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be a "bow"or what. He ordered BOXED roses, so they should arrive in a box, at least. NOT one layer of a clear cellophane for $100. I couldn't get two layers?? I've seen better bouquets from Lucky's an Safeway for 1/3 of the price. I get it if it was ordered during a holiday like Valentine's Day. Google search for delivery next day florists brought up this outfit. I went through the online process of entering the recipients zip code and the site accepted the destination as deliverable and I continued on with the process of selection, address entry, message and payment. Process was painless- swift and easy. Until the next day where a message in my email informed me that the selection was not deliverable on that day but would be delivered the following but because it was not in their delivery range and additional $50 was to be added to the order. I replied to cancel our order. And I called them out on what I consider a deceptive business tactic that conveniently puts more money in their pocket while not even delivering on the day they promised on the site. Several things went wrong with this company. 1. they stated SAME DAY delivery. My $40 bouquet was going to cost me $60 with taxes and delivery. Four hours after the order I received an email. Not a phone call but an email. They stated it would cost $13 additional charge for delivery. I decided to go ahead considering the fact that I was now at work and had No time to find a second option at such late notice. My grand total was now $73 for a $40 bouquet. 2. It was ordered at 5:31am and delivered just before 5:00 pm even though their website claimed no deliveries would go out later than 12pm. 3. The bouquet ordered was not the bouquet receive. I chose the "K Bokay" which is supposed to be only daisies with light greenery. The bouquet received had a total of four daisies, several carnations, lots of baby's breath, other greenery and a couple roses. Not even close to what was described or shown in the picture. This was the main reason I chose this place - my daughters favorite flower is a daisy And it was her birthday. 4. When I called to voice my complaint, they could not find the manager. The staff person named Ashley told me I was threatening because I stated I was going to leave a review. She called this process "threatening her" Absolutely ridiculous. 5. I was told by both Ashley and the manager that "the owner delivered it just to make sure I got it" As a customer, I don't care if the PRESIDENT delivers it... I paid for SAME DAY delivery. Customers don't care HOW. They just want the service that they paid for executed. Inexcusable. Esp when it costs $33. Needless to say, I definitely will never do business here again. Nothing went right. I would caution people to stay away from this place especially when there are so many competitors in the market who I'm sure could do a much better job. Our son and his family are overseas in Europe, serving in the US military. Obviously the holidays can be a time when the separation is felt by all of us. I wanted to send a pretty Christmas centerpiece to them, but was having a hard time finding a florist with both a good selection AND a reasonable price. Kremp's marketing stated they specialize in getting flowers overseas to military families, so I took a chance. I am super pleased that I did. They had quite a bit more to choose from than Proflowers, 1-800-Flowers or FTD and the prices were far more reasonable on top of it. Chad Kremp contacted me almost immediately to procure information that would help ensure a smooth delivery. Right away I felt more at ease. A couple of days ago I had more questions, clarification and contact that let me know our order was not slipping through the cracks. Today the centerpiece was delivered, right on time. My daughter-in-law states it smells like Christmas in the house from the fresh greenery. The arrangement is definitely different than the picture on the website, but that is to be expected when sending over a long distance. I do feel the arrangement that was delivered is on par with my expectations and of equal quality to what I had hoped they would get. I am really beyond pleased at the level of service and care that was taken to help ensure something this special was gotten right. I will be using Kremp in the future. read more

This is the 3rd time that I have arrangements from Kremp Florist. Again, a very expensive, disappointing flower mess. I received flowers for Valentine's Day, and they were horrible. They were already half dead and flower tips were freezer burned. I called and they do not get back to you, so I called again. I was really, annoyed and the customer service person tried to blame it on the weather. Are you kidding me?? So, they resent the arrangement and again they sent stiff, frozen flowers that falling of the stems. Looks like a bunch of weeds stuck in a vase. The value is not there. Customer service people are clueless. People pay for a product, and they should get what they pay for. If you cannot send the proper order, then do not send it. The owner reached out to the local florist who delivered the flowers and took care of the issue...the flowers are still not on par with the photos, but I wouldn't have complained about the recipient receiving these (new picture for reference), and the woman with customer service was still horrendous. However I do appreciate the owner trying to right the situation and feel like he did everything he could after the fact. My recommendation as a customer: make your delivery options clear, especially the "fine print", hire better customer service reps, and be sure the product you are delivering is comparable if not the same as featured pictures. read more

Kremp florist brought my floral vision to life for the day of our wedding. Leslie was wonderful to work with. She listened to all my ideas, worked within my budget and executed every idea perfectly.I absolutely loved my bouquet, the floral arch and cake florals!! She also had unique ideas--such as spray painting foliage pieces of my bridesmaid bouquets rose gold to match metallic pieces on their outfit. I showed her pictures of the florals I wanted and she created exactly that. You would think that all florists would have this capability but surprisingly not all of them can deliver that. She was excellent at communicating, flexible to meet up with and realistic and honest about prices and expectations. She was a gem to work with and Kremp florist is worth every penny! read more

I am so saddened by my experience with Kremp. I was looking for a beautiful floral arrangement to send to my mom for Mother's Day, and thought that Kremp might be a great solution opposed to using a local company. I ordered the arrangement on a Tuesday with a delivery date of Mother's day. Come Mother's Day I reached out to my Mom at 5PM to see if see had received the arrangement, and to my surprise she had not. I called Kremp, but they directed you to the website to contact a representative through their online chat platform. I waited for a long time for a representative to answer my question, and no one did. On Wednesday evening, the flowers were finally delivered. Far past Mother's day. I contacted Kremp directly about this issue by email, and Chad did respond quickly saying that he was shocked by this. I truly feel that we are due a refund at this point as the service that we paid for did not happen. Chad's suggestion was to have a delivery person go back to my mom's home and take the flowers away from her, and then they would process a refund. In what world does it seem morally okay to do this? I will never ever use Kremp again. I am sad that this was the experience I had. Had they chosen to handle this situation differently, I would have likely used them again. This is where you cannot beet local companies. They never would have handled the situation in this way, and they sure has heck wouldn't have waited to deliver the arrangement three days late. read more

I ordered a plant on the Friday before Sunday's mother's day. I had looked online for a florist who would deliver on mother's day. The website asked for my zipcode to determine if they could deliver on time. I was looking to deliver to a Seattle suburb and the website guaranteed delivery. It wasn't delivered on time. I contact them and was told that given that they were in Philadelphia, they used another local company to make the delivery and they couldn't control the delivery date. I was foolish and didn't check to see where Kemp was located since I did a search for Seattle area florists and their site said they had ontime delivery to my daughter's zip code. My daughter received the plant late Wednesday night, 3 days late (5 days after my order). Why did the website guarantee delivery and then blame it on someone else when it failed? Oh, and they sent a different plant than the one I ordered and they confirmed. They are very unprofessional and I will gladly avoid them in the future. You should too. read more

I have had the same problem as everyone else; over priced, flowers look nothing like the photo, horrible customer service and zero accountability from Kremp. Augustina in customer service thought this was hilarious. When I told her that the flowers could not be delivered past 7 o'clock at night (they were supposed to be there before 2 PM but she didn't know when they would be there or if they were or anything and she didn't know when she would know) because my parents are old and my father had surgery that day she said there was nothing she could do with a giggle. One star is generous based on the TERRIBLE customer service. My husband ordered a bouquet for my 40th birthday. He upgraded to the "exquisite" arrangement which was supposed to be fuller with more blooms. Price point was $69.95 so the total with delivery and tax was $90. NOT CHEAP by any means but he really wanted to try them out based on reviews. The tiny bouquet was a JOKE. Though yes delivered on time as promised, there is no way there is anything exquisite about the bouquet. He contacted them by phone and email and was assured that this was the right bouquet from the local florist. Let me me clear he could walk into King Soopers or Safeway and get the PATHETIC sized bouquet I received for about $9.95. Furthermore, when it was suggested the customer service representative that perhaps the local florist could exchange the bouquet, he left it outside on our front step and let her know via email that it was there as we would be out most the day for my birthday. NOTHING was replaced in fact the wind was so strong it blew all over our front stoop and shattered the vase and made quite the mess. My husband let them know of that and still NOTHING. At this point, he requested a refund as it was now a DAY AFTER my birthday and NOTHING was done to repair or resolve the situation. Refunds were not given because they already supplied inventory and services. So even if the customer is completely unhappy and dissatisfied...oh well you just lose your $90! Instead, he received a rather insulting email from the VP of sales explaining the exact inventory of the order and offer of a discount on the next order. Are you seriously kidding....Why would we ever order AGAIN such a crappy bouquet when the issue was never resolved in the first place and it was NOT THE VALUE of $69.95. He has ordered for years and years for his mother and myself so he almost felt like his intelligence was being being insulted . I combed the internet to find a florist who would deliver flowers for my sister's birthday which happened to fall on Memorial Day this year. All indications were that Kremp would deliver on May 27th as reflected in my order confirmation. Also, in big bold letters at the bottom of my confirmation was the following line: Open and Delivering 365 days a year / Satisfaction Guaranteed. My flower order was delivered on May 28th, not May 27th. When I called to express my disappointment, I was told that I should have looked at the very top of the website which indicated that "orders may be delayed due to the holiday". I did not see any indication on the website to this effect. I was also told that on-time deliveries are dependent on their affiliates in other places. Kremp has an operational issue that leads to lousy customer service. First, make sure your affiliates can deliver on your customer service standard of delivering 365 days a year. Second, don't accept a delivery date on your online order form if you can't deliver your guarantee. Since they do not stand by their guarantee, I will not do business with Kremp again. read more

After reading the reviews i was hesitant in proceeding with the order because, like everyone else, I wanted them to be perfect. The flowers were delivered the day they were requested with absolutely no trouble and were beautiful. Just a reminder for everyone else reading these reviews before placing their order, reviews can be polarizing.
