Horrible! Scammers! This is absolutely despicable!!! Why in the world would you take my order and payment if it did not meet your minimum delivery requirement?!!!!! YOU HAD MY PHONE NUMBER AND COULD HAVE VERY EASILY CALLED ME TO RELAY THIS INFORMATION. Yet you did not. Warning-company used inferior flowers AND made a smaller product while charging the same price. I called and emailed with a customer service rep "Chad" who basically told me that I was wrong and the corsage was the right size and value. I am attaching photos of the corsage advertised and the one received. You be the judge. I asked for a replacement which would have been possible well in time for my event but the rep just ignored that request. Below is also my original email explaining the differences between the advertised corsage and the one I received. This is bait and switch and now, reading the other Yelp reviews I see it is a common practice for Kremp! Wish I had read reviews ahead of time. "Hi I just received the corsage and I am very disappointed in it.  Not only is it smaller than the one online, the flowers already look wilted and not fresh (the ice packs in the box were warm to the touch), plus it seems like it was crushed in delivery.  I have attached photos of the corsage and how it looked in delivery as well as the box and how the corsage was smushed up against the side of the plastic container. As you can see it is about 1/4  the size of the corsage online.  For example, there are only 4 main flowers (1 rose, 1 chrysanthemum and 2 carnations) total in the one I received while the one online has 6 roses around the outside with 1 green chrysanthemum in the middle and a generous amount of filler.  I understand from the disclaimer above that the type of flower is not guaranteed by it is def not the same value given the number of flowers let alone the substitution of all the roses save one.  Also the amount and type of filler is very different.  The dark blue flower is also very crushed throughout the entire piece and the rose looks wilted. This is for my daughter's graduation and I am hoping that I can get a replacement corsage that more reflects what is depicted on your website.  If it arrives tomorrow evening or Thursday morning it would still be in time for the ceremony. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and the price was pretty good. We got quite a few small colorful roses delivered for $51. The only negative is that the flowers weren't delivered as early as I'd like; I had to call the store a few times to find out where the flowers were, but they said I could have turned on notifications. I got an automated email the day after the flowers were delivered saying that the flowers were delivered, which was kind of odd. I like that they are a family business and would order from them again since they're local and not a chain, but I would have liked more communications with order tracking. read more

Didn't even want to leave 1 star. Ordered online on Aug 30th for a birthday bouquet to be sent on Sept 14th to my 80 year old mother for her birthday. Flowers never came. I called first thing Saturday morning and spoke with a lady who told me she needed to contact delivery and that they were not open yet and she would call me back as soon as they opened. Needless to say about 5 hours went by and no call I had to call back. The lady on the other end of the call got in touch with either the owner or manager and then told me an e-mail had been sent to Kremp letting them know the flowers could not be delivered until the 18th. Never did we receive a call from Kremp letting us know. My mother lives in Alaska and we are in Washington. What a disappointment for both of us. Buyer beware. I used Kremp 2 times recently first was for a sympathy bouquet that was beautiful and delivered as requested. The second time was for a birthday bouquet, I requested next day delivery to my office, and expected that it would be delivered around mid day. I definitely won't be able to trim the end to keep them longer. I ordered a floral arrangement off of FTD's website. When it arrived,with a card identifying Kremp as the florist where it came from, there were considerably less flowers in the arrangement than what was pictured (ie: 4 roses vs. the 9 in the picture). I realize it's not going to look exactly the same but this was far from what I paid for and it was arranged very sloppily. After several interactions with FTD I was informed that Kremp declined to re- do the arrangement. FTD is accommodating me for the issue but I am very surprised at the work and poor customer service on the part of Kremps. Avoid this company - horribly deceptive website. Picking a product marked "Available Same Day," selecting a delivery date when you check, and paying a premium to have it delivered on the day you selected out does not actually mean that they will deliver it quickly. You'll get an order confirmation email explaining that they'll keep your $15+ for expedited delivery, but that they could deliver your gift up to four days after the day you want it. Kremp Florist saved the day.... really!! I am in Boston, and went online and placed an order for a floral arrangement for my Aunt's birthday. It was to be delivered to her summer home in the Berkshires (Western Mass) and the florist's website said they delivered there. The next morning - the day of her birthday!! - that florist called to say they "don't go to that town" (THAT will be a different Yelp review). Not really having the time to investigate all of this, I did a Google search.... and long story short, Kremp has an affiliate who was able to make the delivery... with no drama! A nice e-mail from Lauren at Kremp confirmed that all was OK, and my Aunt was very happy with her flowers (she's hard to shop for, so flowers are a good choice). I can't explain how disappointed I am in this florist. I found them online to send a bouquet to the wife of my board President. I used this service for Mother's Day, and I guess somewhere in the small print it said holiday deliveries might not get there on time! So my mother-in-law didn't get any flowers on Mother's Day. I ordered the Dream's Reflection Bouquet by Vera Wang Product #VW4 Medium for $80.95 to have delivered to my son's future in-laws after the death of a beloved family member. The product pictured on Kremp's website is beautifully regal and classic, which is exactly what I felt was appropriate. The recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement when they received it. They were thankful, but I was in utter disbelief of the arrangement that was actually delivered to them!! Instead of the lovely rich purple double lisianthus, there were instead 5 sprigs of blue hyacinth in its place. There was no white limonium, or any kind of delicate accent to the arrangement, and there were pine cones randomly stuck into the arrangement! Granted it's winter, but I did not see any pine cones in Kremp's pictured product, nor did I request pine cones. There also were not as many white roses in the arrangement they delivered compared to the number of roses shown in the Medium size arrangement pictured on the website. The roses and the blue hyacinth were falling over in the vase just after the first day....the recipient probably had to discard much of the arrangement only after a few days. I understand sometimes the availability of certain flowers is limited, but I spoke to a local florist who assured me double lisianthus and limonium are not difficult to get year round. The only thing that was not substituted in the delivered arrangement were the white roses. Everything else was of a lesser quality and quantity, including a lesser amount of white roses. After contacting Kremp's, Mr. Chad Kremp emailed me and apologized for my disappointment, and said the value of the delivered arrangement was the same as the pictured arrangement............ attached are photos of the two arrangements side by side. I am extremely disappointed they did not receive anything close to what I ordered. I had no problem being charged $80.95 for the pictured arrangement Product #VW4, but the arrangement that was actually delivered may have gone for $40.00, with Kremp's still getting a very huge profit from the sale. My popop had passed away in PA and wanted to deliver flowers from out of state, gave them my name and asked to get an email stating that the flowers were delivered to his funeral. Really awful experience unfortunately. What you see online IS NOT what you will get! I wanted to send my mom a plant for Christmas, so I bought a cutting of a fig tree for her. The image on the Kremp Florist website showed an actual potted plant with leaves. My mom then sends me a picture of a stick in a plastic bag tied with some cheap ribbon (I paid extra for the 3" bow). How embarrassing! They didn't even include instructions. My mom had to call to find out what to do with this stick. I contacted Kremp and Chad sent me a condescending message about how I must not know what a cutting is. And that "1000s" of others haven't complained, so why should I? They are absolutely horrible! So I called to place an order for two arrangements of flowers for a funeral. I anticipated to have two beautiful sets of bouquets, but, apparently, THEIR plans changed. I got a call from them three hours before the flowers were supposed to arrive. They said that they didn't have what I ordered and changed it to the Dish Garden, but then they told me it was a $55 minimum fee for delivery when they advertised a $16.99 delivery fee. I mentioned that, and the lady so rudely said "Well, I don't know what you want me to do, ma'am." Putting me in a bad position, seeing as how I only had three hours before the funeral, I reluctantly agreed to pay the fee. Normally, I don't write reviews as elaborate as this, but I just think it's unprofessional to call ON THE DAY that a delivery is supposed to be made. I ordered a $150 arrangement to be delivered to my aunt who is in the hospital. I requested rose's and no carnations. The arrangement which was delivered had ZERO roses. None. I called to speak with a Supervisor. I was told to send a picture along with invoice number and my phone number. The Supervisor would get back to me in one hour to make it right. Two and half hours latter no call. I contacted them. Was told yes they would send another arrangement with roses. They would try and take back the first one. This is three days later. They did send a second arrangement with tea roses. A small arrangement you would expect to see on a small table. Keep in mind I ordered $150 arrangement! I am very upset with this florist. If I could give this Florist a minus 5 I would. I placed an order for a dear friend that lost her son. I placed the order on a Sunday for a next day air delivery. I knew it wasn't possible to get it there by Monday because I ordered on Sunday so that wasn't an issue. However I did expect it to be there Tuesday. At 4:00 pm Tuesday I hadn't heard anything about it being delivered so I emailed them to verify. To my astonishment they informed me that they needed an additional $11.00 to deliver. They also said they "thought" I was told this earlier. I checked through all my emails and my spam folder...NOTHING! ....I honestly don't know how these people are still in business, especially the business of sympathy gifts. When I emailed to complain, they said that florists get wiped out on big holidays and they do not guarantee types of flowers or colors. WHY PUT PHOTOS ON YOUR SITE?! Take the photos down and give your customers the real thing - three options: small bouquet, medium bouquet, and large bouquet. Because when you can't guarantee the product in the picture is the product being delivered, the customer has no options. Customer service personnel was full of excuses. My sincerest thanks to Leslie and her team for executing my wedding flowers and Chuppah flawlessly. I had a small intimate wedding on 6/22/18 in downtown Philadelphia. I met with Leslie a few weeks before my ceremony to review my inspiration photos. Do not use this florist....we ordered flowers on 7/10 for delivery the same day (before their cut off time). We were called hours later and told their delivery driver went home early and delivery was not possible. Online delivery was available on Sundays, so we asked for Sunday delivery, not an option. We were then promised Monday delivery, and given a whole $6.00 discount. Turns out they didn't bother delivering the flowers until Wednesday!! I asked for a full refund and they have been nothing but terrible. They refuse to refund me for the flowers and tried to tell me they were going to go back and pick them up in order to give me a refund.
