First of all, 3 of the 4 five star reviews were all posted a month ago. No doubt by the owners' friends and right around when we removed my fiancé mother. It's supposed to be a five-person facility, for as long as her mother was there, it was never a full house and there is reason for that. The owner is young and very unprofessional. She puts on a good presentation, but once we got her in there. A totally different story. Until her mother was placed in a private room, (which there was only one,) she had to share 1 Chester drawer, 2 drawers each. There was always a constant change of staff, her medication was being handled improperly or by unqualified staff, ridiculous rules, to say the least. The owner displayed favoritism toward" certain" residents and it was obvious by the care provided. The bathroom on the 2nd floor had a napkin holder with cheap napkins instead of paper towels for the residents to dry their hands after washing. When approached with grievances pertaining to her mother, the owner had nothing, but attitude & lies. They have had numerous verbal altercations. We have filed an complaint against the establishment, but we had to move her mother first in fear of retaliation. The owner will tell you we were just disgruntled family members; you can believe it if you want. But you will regret it. We were considering placing my father there, but we decided to wait to see how it would go with her mother and all I have to say is thank goodness we didn't.

However, I would never choose them again or recommend them. They did not provide personnel trained for the contracted care. The providers were not informed of the care they were supposed to perform. They did not provide care consistent with the hospital discharge instructions and then made excuses that what they did was medically justified before recanting when confronted with the specifics. The logs provided by the provider were inconsistent with the care provided. Additionally, in the aftermath, there were several billing inconsistencies that took significant time to resolve.

One time I showed up unannounced and she had gone to the bathroom and was completely neglected by the staff. For a much more reasonable price, Clayton Comfort Care takes exceptionally good care of her. She was always well cared for, very clean and well fed. They were excellent and very exceptional in their care and expertise. They were professional, punctual and responsive at him at all times. I would definitely recommend and use this service again. Located right on Viers Mill, you can't miss this cute office in house. Brandolini and Hepher (his…read morewife) have a very organized and clean facility. The parking lot is a good size for the amount of clients that come to their office at one time, so finding a spot is never an issue. You are greeted by pleasant bilingual staff that are very knowledgeable of their roles and procedures and assist any way they can. Hepher also speaks spanish fluently. The waiting room is very intimate, if you are a regular patient, there will be many opportunities to converse with other patients awaiting to be realigned in an area that everyone can see. Personally, the setup is not invasive at all as I find it fascinating to watch Chiropractors crack and pop necks and spines then see the relief and joy on patient's face! There is always positivity whenever patients are seen and the ambiance of the facility is very calming. They even see patients under 18 and have a small area for them to play in while waiting. If you are lucky to receive the STEM treatment during your visit, it is one that you wouldn't want to leave. It's around the corner in the facility with a bit more seclusion and less chatter/noise. I can't count the amount of times I had fallen asleep on the table! LOL. X-rays and initial evaluations are done in a separate room for privacy, and you are explained everything in detail with room for questions to be answered. Very professional they are! I would recommend this business to anyone, and NO! they did not tell me to write this review.
