Mom enjoyed living there. Mom's every need was addressed. The people who work there are the most warm, caring, & understanding people we have ever met. We never had to worry whether mom was being taken care of. We knew she was. There were many activities that kept mom busy & we were always included in everything that mom was involved in. We enjoyed meals with her regularly & when mom was no longer able to feed herself, there was always somebody helping her. Mom's time spent there was the best way a person could spend the final stage of their life - right up to the last day. Thank you for all that you have done. Terry B.

I remember when we first moved him in I thought the place was like a very nice hotel. They have beautiful common areas like an outdoor fountain and fireplace, a bar, several lounges and dinning areas, a movie theater, and game areas. They do happy hour for the residents where they can have beer or wine and hangout together chatting or singing. We've joined my grandfather for dinner a few times and it was always good, albeit with a lot of the expected soft textures. Snacks and refreshments are always available. They even have cookouts for some holidays and invite the families of residents. They encourage family involvement, my uncle is a certified volunteer and visits all the time and helps with programs. We often take my grandpa out and there's never been any hassle. They continue to provide excellent care for their residents.

If the residents want to get up and walk around they are told to sit back down all the residents walk around like zombies. It's a beautiful place but the care is horrible. I really pray their not aloud to delete this review bc ppl really need to no what this place is really like. the residents have bruises all over from being man handled constantly they staff have no patience with these poor ppl. My mother had bruises the size of baseballs and bruises where u could see it was finger prints. My mother has broken her hip & shoulder since being in this place not even a year yet. If the resident isn't capable of feeding themselves they won't eat bc they wont take the time to feed them their to busy on their phones.please don't put your loved ones here.

I arrived at 11:10 a.m., which is within the standard 15-minute grace period most clinics and health facilities follow, and more than enough time to complete paperwork -- especially since no one sent forms ahead of time. The moment I walked in, the front-desk person looked at me and said, "Unfortunately, you have to reschedule." No check-in. No explanation. Nothing. I was later told I was expected to arrive 45 minutes early, even though this was never communicated through phone, text, email, or instructions. No one called to clarify. No one advised me. I did everything correctly based on the information they gave me. Because of their internal communication failure: I was denied physical therapy, My pain remains untreated, I lost time, money, and energy dealing with this place, I now have to find a new provider while dealing with neck and arm pain from a recent accident This experience was careless and dismissive. When a practice claims to provide responsive, patient-centered care, denying treatment to someone who arrives five minutes early for a confirmed appointment is unacceptable. I hope they reconsider their scheduling and communication practices so other patients aren't harmed the way I was. My advice -- find some place else. They can't help you.
