I heard back from Crystal almost immediately and she could not have been more professional, helpful, and caring. She was careful to get all the information she needed, including what would be most useful for my family member, but was incredibly efficient. We needed home care the next day and she set everything up within a few hours. The following morning the most extraordinary aide came to spend the day with my family member. Professional, kind, and skilled, she went above and beyond to be helpful and was truly a lifesaver. From the moment I called and throughout our entire experience with them, we felt taken care of and cared for. Sometimes the adjustment relieves my pain within one session but I usually do regular maintenance appointments since my insurance covers it. About 2 years ago, I had really bad foot pain, it took several Piezowaze Therapy appointments to help finally fix it (about 6ish months of every other week appointments). And the pain hasn't come back ever since. When Hena was added to the team, it made this practice even better. Prior to Hena, Dr. Lee did dry acupuncture too but just a little bit and mostly focusing on where I tell him the problem area is. Now that Hena was added. It's not always focused on pain, sometimes if I tell her that my brain fog is particularly high that day or I'm having alot of anxiety, she is able to do certain acupuncture points that helps with that. One particular day, my anxiety level was pretty high, and whatever point she hit, I weirdly felt instantly blissed out haha. That's the first time I felt that with acupuncture. I was very relaxed that day. The blissed out feeling doesn't always happen, but I definitely trust her. She also introduced me to cupping and I am now obsessed with it. I never knew anything about it before, and it's crazy how much it actually helps relieve my back tension and how it detoxes the body. Overall happy with this practice and always look forward to coming in as a part of my self-care and health maintenance.

We always had this unexplained tension in our backs and we just never could shake it. Ever since we saw videos of people "cracking" their backs at a chiropractor, we were intrigued by the idea and decided to try one out. Luckily, we found this place. We have not had any other experience with a chiropractor, but the results are all that really matters. Not only that, Dr. Sarabi was nice, humble, soft-spoken, and really delicate as to make sure you know each and every step as he progresses to the adjustment. He was definitely client-oriented and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we entered the office to the moment we left. I loved the examination where it was truly un-invasive. He explained why I was feeling the pain I was feeling and how to correct it. He even explained to me what the graph was showing me. Then it was directly to the "cracking" which was what I had imagined. What I did not imagine was the feeling we both had when we walked outside. It felt like the world's weight was lifted from our shoulders. We felt lighter and more clear headed. I felt like I just gained 50% more lung space to breathe. It was truly worth the money to go in for a chiropractic adjustment and I am glad that I had Dr. Sarabi to work with. Explaining my insurance doesn't cover maintenance visits, then charged me my $50 insurance copay for something that is not covered. Yeah, it made no sense to me either. Be cautious. Additionally, when I pointed the hypocrisy out to him, he threatened me to never contact him again. Lol Be cautious.
