I added avocado to the sandwich. It was unbelievably delicious. I have never heard of Rugbrod bread, but it's wonderful--packed with seeds and grains. The kefir cheese was out of this world. The whole combination--bread, kefir cheese, veggies, was just a perfect bite of food. I devoured it. We also ordered the Mystery Blue smoothie which was also absolutely delicious.
