She was apologetic and removed the dish from the bill, and she did offer to bring something else, but at that point I declined. The manager also came over to apologize. With the open-kitchen concept, I realized she was the one who prepared the dish, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, between the extremely long wait times and the improperly cooked food, this experience missed the mark.
