I ordered two items here: a donut and a large coffee. When I got to the window and paid, I received a rather small looking coffee. Waited a couple more minutes and the cashier came back to ask what else we had. After I reminded them I ordered a donut, they handed it to me rather quickly because it was by the window the entire time. When I come to Krispy Kreme (which isn't often at all) I'm typical getting donuts for my team at the office and I'm usually using a coupon, which is always a plus. This past visit was no different. I had a BOGO Free on a dozen original glazed donuts. I always use the drive thru which is super convenient. The donuts were warm, fresh and sinful as always. My coworkers certainly enjoyed them. It's a great deal if you're taking for a group. 2 for the price of 1!! I worked here in high school. I still cringe when I drive by this location! Maybe its just the nighmare of scrubbing layers of glaze off my clothes, but I didn't even like this place before I started working here. Ill admit two of the stars are for the holy grail of donuts that is only available once a year- pumpkin spice cake in the fall. I could literally eat 6- I've done it before! I just need a lot of milk.. I do like that they expanded the beverage options- I had a iced coffee that was pretty decent the last time I drove through. I used to love the hot cocoa- but I like mine made with milk and they don't do that anymore- its just powder and water. Single donuts are 0.99c each while the premium donuts run 1.29 each. Their fresh glazed donuts are my favorite. I really don't want to give them 2 stars but I don't think it is fair to the other employees that are nice. Last Friday I purchased 3 dozen donuts for my first class and the lady at the window was SO RUDE! I tried to ask her for extra napkins and she shut the window in my face when I was mid sentence. When she handed back my debit card, she tried to hand me the card, the receipt and the donuts all at once! When I got everything settled in the car I turned and she had already slammed the window, no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. I knocked on the window and asked for napkins (zero in the bag for 3 dozen donuts) you would have thought I called her what my brain was thinking. But no, I was nice, told her thank you and to have a nice day. Guess what she did? Give up? She made a noise and I got the window closed again. Krispy Kreme has this unique ability to create a warm, soft, gooey, yeasty donut that never tastes fried. I don't know how Krispy Kreme does it. This is the only location near us. I'm thankful it is, otherwise I'd have to drive 30 minutes for the Dallas Krispy Kreme. Service is speedy here, especially through drive through. You can't beat paying around $8 for a dozen assorted donuts (you can choose which ones!) and a little less than that for the orginal glazed. Every once in a while they advertise specialty donut flavors, but I love that Krispy Kreme's biggest sellers are its classic donuts. I grew up with a little donut store down the street from me that was always old donuts. So when I entered the doors of Krispy Kreme for the first time, I honestly just stood there and inhaled in the aroma of the freshly made donuts. I have never seen the process of donuts being made and as a young adult, I smiled like a child when I got to witness the parade of donuts slowly go by. The workers there were all happy and why wouldn't they be? They're surrounded with sugar everywhere! I was blessed with a free sample of half of a donut, and a coupon that I could use at that very instant! My coworkers and I ended up with two boxes of individually picked random donuts for only six dollars! I know at the place I once lived by would never compare to this wonderful experience, and I am not sure any other donut place could either. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, and it would strictly be on the HORRIBLE customer service! So, me and my fiancé literally moved to Arlington, TX less than two weeks ago from Los Angeles. We were just at home relaxing when we came across some coupons for Krispy Kreme. Honestly, if it wasn't for these coupons appearing we WOULD NOT have made the spontaneous trip to Krispy Kreme tonight. And the coupon deal for a small coffee & glaze donut at the price of just $1, I couldn't pass up. Despite my fiancé's image, he is honestly such personable man who is chill and laid back. He had his heart set on the New York cheesecake donut before we even got there, since it was shown on their website menu. When ordering our donuts through the drive thru, it wasn't on the selection list. Which was fine. So he asked for the drive-thru attendant's opinion on which selection she would recommend between the Reese's peanut butter donut or the cake batter donut. The drive-thru attendant notified him that they didn't even have anymore of the Reese's peanut butter donut. For my fiancé, it was no biggie. It made it easier for him to make a decision, he was just excited about getting a donut and his coffee. Me, i just wanted to use my coupon. When getting to the window to pay the total came out to $6 and some change. I handed my fiancé the $1 coupon for my donut and coffee. First, without even reading the coupon...the girl only deducted a $1 from the total. My fiancé already eager to pay and get his Krispy Kreme handed over his card to pay. I immediately realized that the coupon was not being honored correctly and said something. I think to get rid of us and not have to deal with correcting such a small difference the drive-thru attendant told us the coupon wasn't valid until next month (FEBRUARY). She handed the coupon back and my fiancé was ready to actually pay the difference of $1 that they originally discounted. He handed me the coupon (and this is where everything went downhill) and I read it the coupon is valid from 1/17/2018-2/28/2018. Are you serious???? This girl honestly thought lying and bullshitting us was going to get us out of there. THE WHOLE REASON WE ENDED UP GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT WAS BECAUSE OF THIS $1 COUPON!!!!! I've missed you and I've been making up for lost time. I love their plain glazed more than I even like Shipleys. Shipleys makes a better maple glazed and other flavored ones. I tried both the cake batter and maple, and while ok they weren't near as good as the glazed. I also tried their frozen orange drink which was good, but their mango lemonade was not. It had a fake sugar taste, which is a shame for I love mangos. I also like that it has a drive thru so you don't have to get out in the heat to get your fix. If there was something I love more than Kolaches, pizza or Big Macs. It's donuts! Even then. I'm not so sure which comes first. Krispy Kreme is usually what I'll treat myself twice a month when I work on Saturdays! I'll even wake up 20mins earlier for work just to stop at Krispy Kreme! I just loovveee Donuts!!! It makes me gleeful when I see the "hot now" donut sign on! Free sample donut!!! And it's so soft and fluffy and covered in sugar.... Sigh. Thank goodness I don't work there. I sometimes get the donut holes... But they're not as fresh and soft and I prefer shipleys donut holes. I've tried some other flavors. Not as impressive either. My sister and I just went through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes and when we got to the window the "manager" was extremely rude right off the bat and had the wrong order ready, when we told her it wasn't right she asked us to reorder while huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes. THEN we wanted to use my sisters birthday reward (1 doz free glazed donuts) she again huffed, grabbed the phone and said it didn't work that'll be "amount total" my sister shocked, asked why it didn't, it should go through since she had not used it yet, and it was not expired. The "manager" then said "lady do you want to come inside and argue with me, it's not working so you have to pay, I have a whole line and you are holding it up". Will not be back since this the customer service we got from the lady who is supposed to be the role model and run the entire store.
